Great time in saint andrews

We really enjoyed our stay in Saint Andrews, the rental location fit our family perfectly and the location was great. Close to restaurants, shops and golf! Steven was easy to communicate with, answering all of our questions quickly. Can’t wait to return 😊

Easy access.

This property is right off the main street so it is easy to walk everywhere for shopping. It is also close to waterfront. Host is very friendly and helpful, with quick responses.

Somewhat disappointed

Location was great within the town & easy walk to all restos & shops. Checkin electronic lock didn’t work but owner provided quick fix. Overall feedback of this home is that pictures don’t tell entire story. Was not cleaned under furniture, kitchen drawers lack utensils & had lots of junk. Shelving is falling. 2 outside chairs and a picnic table with no benches is inadequate for a 3-bedroom home. Grill was filthy. Absolutely no welcoming information package was provided including recycling/garbage schedules. The few pamphlets on places of interest were stewn on a shelf. We left additional for next visitors. Baseboard heater covers were broken as were the window blinds. Bathroom floor upstairs was not cleaned. Overall the place is cute as has much potential but is really neglected & needs work.

We are sorry to hear that you felt the home was not to your liking. I have spoken to the cleaning team to ensure the barbecue is added to the list of items. The shelving unit had been scheduled to be replaced but with the busy season and back to back renters it could only be done after your stay along with the baseboard covers. We appreciate your feedback and will correct the items you have identified.
