This home was designed for large groups to enjoy their space, whether everyone enjoys the indoor amenities or outside. Each bedroom has been thoughtfully designed with everything needed for comfort and relaxation. The bedrooms are designed to accommodate everyone! The first bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed, the third and fourth bedrooms have a king.

The king bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with two sinks, and a walk-in shower. The bunk bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower that is also accessible from the living room. The third bathroom is accessible off the hallway, for all other guests to use!

The kitchen is equipped with everything you could need to cook for everyone in the home; with stainless steel appliances, the cooking essentials and gadgets (including a Keurig & coffee pods, crock pot, air fryer, blender, etc). You will be able to entertain here for days!

Moving over to the adjacent living rooms, the modern theme continues! With elegant decor and large smart TV, here is where your whole group can unwind and enjoy sports games, movie nights, or any other entertainment! Right next to the living space is a dining area, with seating for up to 4 and additional sitting for up to 3 at the island.

What a great week we had with House with a boat. The house had everything we needed and more. Cool, comfortable, plenty of room and a refreshing pool. Nice BBQ for grilling and the boat was incredible. I would recommend House with a Boat for families looking to have a stress free experience from booking to boat orientation and check out. We were their first guests after the renovation, and they did an amazing job renovating this house. Their hospitality was far the best I have experienced. They were easy to communicate with and on top of everything.

We loved the trip to Port Charlotte with House with a Boat. They had everything we needed a more. The boat was an added bonus. Communication was good and response time was fast. Winter getaway

Eugene the host was wonderful and easy to communicate with. The boat was wonderful and Max was easily available to help our husbands learn to navigate out of the canal. The house was close to grocery stores, fun restaurants and Fisherman’s Village. The kitchen was well stocked and our host had wine, beer, and munchies waiting for us! The pool was wonderful—clean and heated. We would definitely stay here again.

Phenomenal family vacation!

The home was set up nicely for our family of six adults and 4 small children. It was very clean and well stocked with all essentials and plenty of extras, the most we have ever experienced in a vacation rental. The location was wonderful, pool-a ton of fun and the boat was beyond enjoyable! it was a real treat for all of us including the littles. We even saw dolphins and they came up to our boat! Great time staying at the house with the boat, everything was as advertised, clean, stocked with snacks. We didn’t have to reach out to the host for anything. Max showed us how to use boat lift and navigate the canal to port Charlotte harbor. We enjoyed the house , boat and the area. Definitely will be returning in the future.

Family reunion

We stayed here for our family reunion. It was wonderful. Great experience. Anytime we had any little issues it was handled quickly same day. Little recommendation- have a baby gate available to put in back door to protect any littles from water. Thank you!!

Considerate of families with small children

Hosts were very accommodating for our group. We had two babies requiring cribs and high chairs. They made sure we had everything we needed. They provide education on how to operate the boat/lift along with some guidance on where to go within the channels and the bay. I’ve stayed in several rental homes and this was the best stocked by far. They even went so far as to have cold beverages in the fridge and snacks out when we checked in.

Awesome House With a Boat!!

Great experience from the beginning and house is as advertised. They went above and beyond what normal VRBO properties do. The fridge stocked with water, sodas and beer was a fantastic touch. Eugene was a pleasure to deal with and always responsive. Max the boat captain was super friendly as well. House is as advertised. Great location for Atlanta Braves Spring training. Only a short 25 min drive to the stadium. Also only 10 min drive across the bridge to Punta Gorda and of course you can take the boat to TT's! Would definitely stay here again!!
