We love Punta Gorda and this location! It is so close to Fisherman's Village, downtown Punta Gorda, Sunseeker Resort and nearby beaches. The neighborhood is a very quiet and safe neighborhood great for walks and bike rides!

What makes this property unique

This home is unique as it has been completely remodeled and offers a free heated pool, games, shuffleboard, bikes, golf clubs, free electric car charger, fishing from the dock or bring your boat and tie off at our dock where you can be in the harbor in about 10 minutes!
