Open LR/DR concept, 2 Cozy BRs & 2 Full Baths. 2nd Bath not connected to BR. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Unique Bar for Coffee, etc. Washer/Dryer. Private Patio w/ Grill, Back Deck w/Lg Umbrella & 2 car On-Site Parking. Historic Uptown, easy walking to Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, 2 Parks, etc. Approx 1 mile D'Town St. Pete. My friend and I had a fun girl's trip in St Pete. Very much enjoyed this cozy bungalow. Beautifully decorated, close to downtown and major roads. Nice kitchen fully furnished (check the closet). We had everything we needed. Delightful hosts also. Can't wait to go back!

We had a long weekend in St Petersburg, this property was PERFECT. Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. We walked almost everywhere! And our host couldn’t have been more accommodating.

The home is beautifully updated while still preserving the character and details of the original architecture, which gave it a warm and inviting feel.
