Open LR/DR concept, 2 Cozy BRs & 2 Full Baths. 2nd Bath not connected to BR. Fully equipped Kitchen w/Unique Bar for Coffee, etc. Washer/Dryer. Private Patio w/ Grill, Back Deck w/Lg Umbrella & 2 car On-Site Parking. Historic Uptown, easy walking to Great Restaurants, Coffee Shops, 2 Parks, etc. Approx 1 mile D'Town St. Pete. Suggest using Uber/Lyft due to parking. If you’re looking for Real Estate, our partner & my twin sister is a Real Estate Agent & has been working in St Petersburg for over 20 years. We had a long weekend in St Petersburg, this property was PERFECT. Beautiful neighborhood, convenient to shops, restaurants, museums, etc. We walked almost everywhere! And our host couldn’t have been more accommodating.

The home is beautifully updated while still preserving the character and details of the original architecture, which gave it a warm and inviting feel.
