Fisherman's Landing Cottage #1 ~located right off of AL Highway 67 in Langston, AL less than 1 mile from one the nicest boat launches (South Sauty Creek) around on Lake Guntersville.

Come and sit on the porch to start your day with coffee and listen to the birds. Coming to Guntersville to fish, hunt, hike, see the bald eagles, or just relax and unplug? This is the place for you.

Our cozy cottage has 456 square feet that takes you back to simpler times. It is equipped with 1 bedroom (Queen Bed) and 1 full size bathroom that sleep up to 2 adults. You'll have your very own kitchen, full size washer and dryer, and living room to relax and watch tv.

We now have wifi for your convenience.

You'll also have a 16' x 36' covered shelter to park your vehicle or your boat. It is equipped with lights and electrical and water hook ups.

You'll have access to the Fisherman's Landing pavilion where you can hang out and relax or enjoy your dinner on at one of our picnic tables. You will also be able to use our fish cleaning station while staying with us.

What we provide: We provide all bed linens and towels for you during your stay. We also provide you with a basic starter set of toilet paper, hand soap, dish soap, trash bag, and laundry detergent. If you are staying for multiple day you will want to bring some extra supplies with you.

Great location and the host was quick to let me know all arrival/departure details. My wife and I are very fond of the Guntersville area. For a quick and inexpensive get away, this was the perfect little cottage. The only draw back for us was that I am an early riser, and my wife likes to sleep late. The floors in the kitchen are very squeaky and I woke her both mornings walking around. The cottage could use a little freshening up on paint, but we understood that it probably has high volume traffic. Overall, we would recommend and probably stay again.

A very nice experience. Great boat parking. Only issue is the foam mattress is very bad. Will bring a cot to sleep on next time. But that being said I do intend on staying here again.

The cabin needs some updates...for example the floors are uneven especially in the bedroom. The stove needed updating and the kitchen faucet is extremely tight and screeches when you move it. The climate was easy to maintain.
