Conveniently located in the central part of Vancouver downtown in front of a beautiful park, perfect for an evening walk. It's also close to freeways and newly built Vancouver waterfront, lots of entertainment and restaurants.
Main door access into the hallway and then separate door into the unit. The hallway has the washer and dryer dedicated to this unit; however, the hallway is also shared with the upstairs unit for entry only. Washer and dryer are not shared and might be occasionally used by cleaners.
