Purchased in the 1970s by local Wacoan Jesse Contreras, owner of Jesse's Tortilla Shop since 1958, where you will find the best chips & salsa in town. Recently purchased by Jesse's grandson & transformed into its current state, Jesse's Place welcomes all guests to experience the old style pier & beam home with updated amenities & comfort. We loved our stay at Jesse’s place. Everything went seamlessly from the check-in to check out. The place was clean and beds comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the cool video game in their room along with the outdoor area activities. We will certainly be back the next time we are in Waco. Thank you for a great stay!

Jesse’s place was such a warm, cozy, and beautiful home. Me and my family really enjoyed the outdoor space with corn hole and the kids enjoyed the bunk beds and arcade game. The kitchen was fully stocked and the big island was a nice touch. Easy access to just about everything was a plus! All furniture was very comfortable. Definitely will stay here again! What a wonderful time we had with our family and friends! Everything was super clean and comfy, and the property manager was super responsive with any issues that we had! It was very close to Baylor‘s campus and lots of things we could walk to. Including the Silos!!
