Less than a mile from Baylor University and two blocks from the McLane Stadium shuttle pick up with free on-site street parking at the building.

Cozy, clean, stylish & perfect location for enjoying all things Waco & Magnolia. Within walking distance, go window shopping on Main, visit the Baylor campus, see a movie or concert in comfort at the historic Hippodrome, stroll around Magnolia Market & come home to rest, relax and connect with family & friends in this adorable loft. Silo District Trolley is free and runs every 15 minutes. The trolley’s route makes it easy to get to and from Magnolia Market, and also provides access to other popular shopping, dining and art venues in the downtown area.
