Stay on the edge of South Anchorage in our unique home! Complete privacy, Plenty of parking, huge double yard, 1000 sqft roof top deck for grilling, mingling and relaxation. If you are looking for the Alaskan hidden gems and local vibe, look no further! Our home has been uniquely designed for Airbnb guests to stay here in a completely private area, but have hotel features! Pet friendly with a safe and walkable neighborhood. Hit the highway in 30 seconds for your adventures!
The Space:
****This is a house that has been uniquely remodeled into 3 private units. You will have other people possible being on a different floor. Just keep that in mind when booking. It is NOT the entire building structure to yourself.
Our place is pet friendly, with approved pets. Additional fees may apply with pets. Max of 1 dog. sorry no cats due to allergies. Please message me for details.****
This particular unit is on our bottom floor basement area of our home with kitchen, washer and dryer, bathroom, bedrooms, and living space. It is very well lit with full windows at ground level with black out curtains. You will have coffee, fully stocked laundry supplies, and extensive kitchenware. We have plenty of parking for you to have guests, including off street parking.
Guest Access:
Guests in this Unit will have addtional access to the deck and yard to enjoy! The deck has multiple seating options, a propane firepit and a grill with table seating to enjoy a nice BBQ on a sunny day.
***This unit DOES NOT include the hot tub as it does not have direct access and additional charges apply for this feature. ***

Quick access to Girdwood, Portage Glacier, Kenai, Seward, Hope & Homer
Easy escape from highway traffic to out of town!

Alaska is just so big, with over 600 road miles from one end to the other, if you wish to tale in the scenic beauty, a rental car far outweighs the public transportation that is offered to take you out of town.

My husband and I live on the 3rd floor with our little dog Luigi. I am available for questions at anytime by phone call or a knock on the door! I love to socialize with my guests! It is what I love most about Airbnb and being a host and Co-host! In the summer months, the deck and fire pit is a great place for us to hang out and let you know about local places to check out that are hidden gems from the tourist traps. I also LOVE being a tour guide for my guests to make sure they have the best possible experience while they are here in Alaska.
