A cozy, newly renovated home away from home in an ideal location! 5 minute drive to the Mall of Georgia and nearby restaurants, 20 mins to Lake Lanier Chateau Elan, and Sugarloaf Mills. Walmart and Costco minutes away! King & queen-sized beds, fireplace, big-screen smart TV in the living room, and an en-suite bathroom in the master. Washer and dryer on site. Ample parking- a two-door garage and a driveway big enough for 4 cars.

This spacious single home is located on a safe neighborhood but not too far from major highways like I985 and I85, and only 30 minutes north of Atlanta!
