New Pool!!!! And tropical landscape! 3 bedroom 3 bath house near barefoot beach
Big news! A NEW POOL was added! 12x30 of swimming! Chill with the whole family at this colorful Key West style home. Walk or bike to Barefoot Beach, Bonita beach and Vanderbilt beach. Enjoy the many shops and restaurants along the way. The back yard provides a large outdoor living space for dining and lounging. You will find this quiet neighborhood to have a real beach vibe.
Got a boat want to fish take advantage of the free ramp to get in the intercostal. And enough room to store boat and trailer in driveway.
Kid friendly home with all the needed items. Kids bikes, baby carrier for bike, books and board games and puzzles.
The space
Spacious boho beach vibe decor and bright colors. Great flow and lightening! 2 Purple king mattress for a great nights sleep!
Music fans get excited great Bluetooth speakers and a wireless record player as well.
Lights outside are solar and will turn on automatically for evening enjoyment.
The beach is a 1 mile walk away And you go past the beautiful intercoastal on your walk or bike ride.
Outside has 2 separate areas to enjoy. A relaxing sitting area in the sun and a dining area in the shade. The whole backyard is private and fenced in with palm trees and a mango tree! There is bocce ball as well to play

Record player! 6 bikes and a 3 wheeler bicycle to enjoy as well. New grill, large swinging bench. And a basketball goal! Beach toys, umbrella, bocce ball, cornhole, boogie board, Coleman cooler and beach chairs. Spices for cooking and a Keurig coffee maker that does single cups and full pots. There is also a french press. Other items in kitchen include an ice maker, toaster, blender, fresh juice squeeze and cooking utensils. There is filtered water cold from fridge and ice maker. Bob stroller in garage and baby carrier for behind bike. Purple mattress on both the king beds. Remote control ceiling fans in the bedrooms and front room and smart streaming tv. Great blue tooth speaker to enjoy some music and a record player and vinyl!
