Loved the space. Wonderful ocean views from the balcony. Very dog friendly. Very nice pool area. Very short walk to the beach. There are some negatives. Bedroom furniture needs updated. Dresser draws stick, we couldn’t even get one open. The drawer on the night stand on the left side of the bed falls down if you open it more than 1/4 of the way. The refrigerator didn’t work right. After several messages and phone calls The property management company did finally replace the refrigerator. We did get an apology.
The oceanfront view was amazing, with the beach just steps away. The balcony, complete with chairs and a swing, was a favorite spot for relaxing. Waking up to the sunrise view was gorgeous. The location was excellent, with walkable restaurants and bars, including Azure, which offered great food, friendly service, and a cute beach-themed atmosphere. The pool area was also very nice. The condo felt somewhat outdated, and the bedroom furniture and uncomfortable couch could use updating. The floors and bed were nice, and although the kitchen was small, it had everything we needed. The sheets and towels had noticeable stains. As guests traveling with dogs, we were also disappointed by the “dog park”, which was filthy and full of uncollected waste. A man who appeared to be homeless slept on the bench there at night, making us uncomfortable using the area after dark. We had to take our dogs across the street instead and couldn’t even use the designated dog area. Overall, the views, balcony, beach access, location, dining options, and pool were the highlights. With updated furnishings and better attention to cleanliness and dog accommodations, and make the park feel safer, this could be a great place to stay.
Beautiful view of the sunrise every morning. Nice beach.
We enjoyed our 8 night stay with our Aussie. Loved waking up to the sunrise every morning. Watched it from the balcony. Front row seats. Even our dog was mesmerized. Nice beach. The indoor pool and hot tubs were nice. The restaurant was convenient and the food very well priced.
The space was ample for two adults and comfortable.
Here are some suggestions:
The front door could use a sweep to keep the cold air from coming in/going out and also help reduce noise from the hallway. The dining table / stools are rickety and not particularly comfortable.
A coffee table or foot stool would be a nice addition.
The drain in the bath tub is slow and therefore you’re in ankle deep water. The shower head needs replacement.
The drapery runner in the bedroom is not functioning properly and the slider doesn’t lock in that room. More drawer space would be good for guests staying a week.
Thank you for the prompt customer service and the easy check-in/check-out.
