Just 15 min drive to UC Davis Campus & Medical Center, Downtown, Old Sacramento, conventional center, and 20 min drive the airport! Half way between San Francisco and Lake Tahoe/Reno! Top quality touches throughout. Located in a family friendly neighborhood yet just 5 min drive from grocery, dinning, and biking/walking trails. Perfect place to relax with easy access to everything! Please enjoy the pool and hot tub spa (included, no charge). We work in the Bay Area and since the COVID started, we are able to work away from office on some weeks. We sometimes just want to get away from work and Bay Area to relax. We wanted somewhere hotter with a spacious yard and a swimming pool for our kids... we figured Sacramento marked all the check boxes! We enjoy this home so much and hope you will too!
