The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
*Please make sure the doors are locked and both AC thermostats are switched to OFF between April-October and set to 60 between November-March… On first floor and in the basement.
* Please make sure you just hit the off button on the wall for the gas logs to make sure there is no flame when you leave I will come get some is it. (Other than the pilot light).
* Please make sure the hot tub temp is turned to 92 and that the cover is secure and locked down with clips * Please move all furniture back to its original position, if moved
