Wake up looking at the Gulf of Mexico enjoying a hot cuppa coffee on the patio. Approximately eight minutes from downtown New Port Richey where there are many types of bars and restaurants. Sit on the dock with a fishing pole and catch your dinner, or enjoy the outdoor kitchen/bar with with your favorite beverage. Enjoy your private boat lift and dock your boat in the back yard on the lift. Fresh water next to the lift for your convenience to flush your engine. Also, two kayaks are available for your use.

Beautiful home at New Port Richey

We had a great stay!!! House was beautiful and spotless. Ron was very helpful and responsive with any question we had. It was relaxing being in there enjoying the sunsets and walking around seeing what we can find. Definitely recommended
