Many years ago, I had wonderful experience by hosting and staying in others' places on Couch Surfing. The idea of sharing the space and getting to know each other was deeply rooted in me. When I owned my place, it came naturally to me to open the door to other travelers just like how I had been welcomed in others' homes.
My husband, I and the kids travel a few times a year and would set up our home to travelers when we stayed in others' places. I want to make this experience as authentic home sharing as possible, so would often leave a lot of our daily items out for guests to get a taste of how we live our life.

Jamaica Plain is surrounded by downtown Boston on the north and many parks all around. This neighborhood is very diverse and vibrant, full of events especially in the summer. The commute to downtown Boston by train or bikes are easy and fast.
