The light and fresh décor fits perfectly with the views of the ocean. Enjoy the top floor which means no noise from any unit above you! Kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and full-size kitchen range. Also includes toaster and Keurig coffee brewer. Elevators are located in both buildings and laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). Stream your favorite shows with 2 smart TVs and free wifi. Includes free under the building and surround building parking which is GATED and very secure. 2 Beach Cruisers and Beach chairs included!

Sea Side Villas is a gated community located right in the heart of Hilton Head’s premiere South Forest Beach with a wonderful pool area, a grilling area, sun deck and swing. Elevators are available as well as 20 minute unload parking space and luggage carts! Laundry rooms are found on every floor (coin operated machines). The complex has parking free under the buildings and the surrounding gated, secure community.

Seaside Villas are located in a direct ocean front complex in South Forest Beach. This Villa is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath. The complex features access to the complex pool and private beach access.

This Villa is within walking distance of the very popular Coligny Center!

Property decor and view were as advertised. Unfortunately property had German cockroaches that were seen daily. Especially at night. Had to sanitize my belongings before taking them back into my home for fear of transferring the pests. Need to stay up to date with extermination.

Wonderful Quiet Weekend

Everything was just as described, very clean and steps away from the Beach. I so enjoyed my coffee from the balcony every morning. Lori was an excellent host and responded almost immediately with any questions 10/10!!!

Weekend getaway

The condo was a little smaller than I thought it would be. For two people was okay. Bed was much softer than I am used to but that is a personal preference so overall a nice getaway.

The unit was clean and substantially as advertised. We noted a minor issue when we arrived which Lori resolved that day. The bikes were in very good condition, ready to ride with fully inflated tires, much appreciated.

We are available 24/7 so you won't find a better management company!

This property is just a few minutes from the beach and has an excellent view! It has been updated and remoldeled and almost all the furniture is new! This condo is so close to everything in Coligny and South Forest Beach. We ! Is in walking distance of the new Lowcountry Celebration Park! It is also on the TOP FLOOR and near the POOL!!
