Admiral's Row Villa 203 is a thoughtfully curated oceanfront retreat designed to immerse you in the coastal lifestyle. The interior features a bright, airy palette that mirrors the Hilton Head shoreline. The primary bedroom offers a restful sanctuary, while the common area provides clever sleeping solutions with both a pull-out sofa and built-in junior bunk beds, making it ideal for families. The kitchen is stocked with essential cookware for preparing meals at home, which can be enjoyed at the dining table or outside on the balcony. The true highlight is the private balcony, positioned to provide front-row seats to the famous South Carolina sunrises and the rhythmic sounds of the tide.



Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort offers 2 swimming pools, including the largest beachfront pool on Hilton Head. There are 8 tennis courts and 4 Pickleball Courts for guest enjoyment. The resort has a playground, basketball courts, picnic areas with charcoal grills, and bike rentals for family fun!! There are 2 restaurants on site for close by dining or beachside eating.

Golf is close by at Port Royal Resort or Palmetto Dunes Resort. Hilton Head has over 50 miles of bike and walking trails. Make your vacation at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort one you will want to return to year after year. Guests have full access to 2 pools in the resort, tennis courts and pickle ball courts. There is a playground, basketball court, volley ball on the beach and bike rentals at the resort, Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is located directly on the beach and close to shopping, golf, tennis and bike riding.

Some of the best water front restaurants such as Hudson’s Dockside and Fish Camp are a short car ride away.



Guest Access:

Guests enjoy full, unrestricted access to the amenities of the Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. This includes two swimming pools—featuring the island's largest oceanfront pool—ten tennis courts, and four pickleball courts. Families will appreciate the on-site playground, basketball courts, and dedicated picnic areas equipped with charcoal grills. For those looking to explore the island's famous paths, bike rentals are available directly on-site. Two restaurants are located within the resort grounds, offering the convenience of dining just steps from your front door.



Getting Around:

Hilton Head Island has 100+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze bus for public transportation and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. During the Summer there is a free island trolly. Trolly stop is in front of the resort.



Other Things to Note:

To ensure a seamless stay, please note that the building is equipped with an elevator for easy access to the second floor, and a communal laundry facility is located nearby. One complimentary parking pass is included with your reservation; additional passes may be purchased for $35. While we provide essential cookware and dinnerware, guests should plan to bring their own spices, oils, and specialty utensils like chopsticks. Please be aware that the resort community does not allow e-bikes on the premises.
