Welcome to this beautifully renovated open concept home located on a large corner lot. You’ll love the open and bright space. Outside you’ll find a large screened in area with a private heated salt pool, grill, dining for 6, outdoor seating as well as a fenced in yard with deck and lounge chairs. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the most desired beaches, great dining options and amazing shopping.

• 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 6 plus a fold up memory foam bed for additional adult or child
• Large master bedroom with King sized bed, walk in closet, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with jet tub, two sinks and shower
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds with Smart TV and large closets
• Common area bathroom is located outside bedrooms 2 & 3 and all linens and towels are included with your stay
• Living room has an extra large sectional with recliners and 75in Smart TV
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Fully equipped spacious and newly updated kitchen with dual convection ovens and large island with additional bar stool seating
• Large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and laundry supplies
