Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 900 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Gare routière le lavandou" 12.5 km, sandy beach 200 m. Sports harbour 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Lavandou, 12 km.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.
