Beautiful Artist Home in the Catskills

Catskill Artist Home with mountain views, near local hikes and skiing in the winter on State Forest land. It is a quiet setting on a private dead-end road yet close to the nearby villages of Saugerties, Catskill, and Woodstock ( 8-14 miles) with excellent eateries, antique shops, galleries, and more. Hunter Mountain skiing is within 20 min drive in wintertime. In summer mountain lakes for swimming at North-South Lake, Colgate Lake, and natural waterfalls/ponds including the magnificent Kaaterskill Falls.
The house has an open spacious LR floor plan with cathedral ceilings, skylights, and a fireplace and is comfortably furnished. The LR and kitchen area have newly been renovated in a Scandinavian style with new cabinets, appliances, a custom-made butcher block, and an oak floor. The wrap-around patio is accessible through the glass sliding doors.
