Spacious home, just off of Main Street. One (1) mile from HITS. Walk to stores, restaurants, movies, and antique shops. Close to the Hudson River, Catskill Mountains (Ski Resorts), and other outdoor activities. Lots of activities off and after the slopes. 4 bedrooms with 2 queen and 2 single beds (sleeps 6) and 1.5 baths.

Located 1 mile off NYS Thruway (route 87), it is easy to get to. Come enjoy the many activities this area has to offer.

This house was a great place to stay for our trip to HITS. It’s meticulously clean, very spacious and within walking distance of restaurants, shops and a convenience store. HITS is only a few minutes by car. The hosts were quick to reply to any communication and were very accommodating.

This renter wrote a very nice review as you can see but gave a one star rating. She also just rented our house again for 12 nights later this year and wants to “talk” about renting for 6+ weeks next year. I’m guessing the one star rating was a mistake.

The view!!! This condo is on the 18th floor so the view of the beach is amazing! This is the 2nd year we have stayed at Pelican Beach and it’s perfect for our family. It is in the middle of everything. We truly love the convenience of the beach being in steps away.

The best place to stay in Saugerties.

This house is pretty much our home away from home. Such a great location in the best little town. Alway so comfortable for everyone to hang out together or sit quietly and enjoy some down time. The owners have always been fantastic as well.

I did stay here once before at Christmas Time This stay was just as nice. This home is charming and cozy. So much natural light. And so clean. Communication with the owner was easy. if I had any questions, he answered them right away. I would definitely recommend this home to someone else and I will definitely stay there again.
