Relaxing 3-Bedroom, 2-Bath Home on a Private Dead-End Street

Escape to this charming 3-bed, 2-bath home located on a peaceful private dead-end street, offering the perfect retreat for your next getaway. Situated just 12 miles from Hunter Mountain, 20 miles from Windham Mountain, and 35 miles from Belleayre Ski Areas, this home is an ideal spot for skiers and snowboarders, or anyone looking to explore the beauty of the Catskills. We are centrally located to many ativities, yet far enough away to get the relaxation you need.
The space
The home features a cozy living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious dining area—perfect for gathering after a day of adventure. Each of the three bedrooms offers a restful atmosphere, while the two full bathrooms ensure convenience and comfort. Our home offers the perfect balance of relaxation and outdoor fun.
Guest access
You will have access to the full house and yard. There is a table and chairs on the deck (they are taken in for the winter) along with picnic tables in the yard.

There is parking for 3 cars in the driveway - please do not block the private road.
Other things to note
We are located in an area that is known for its wildlife. You may see small animals, snakes, deer, or bear around. Also, with us being surrounded by trees, you may see a few insects. We do have pest control scheduled regularly, however, we ask that you keep outside doors closed as much as possible to limit the insects from coming in.

Wonderful place to stay. We were there for the Hudson Valley Garlic Festival with friends from NH and was less than 15 minutes from the Festival. Lovely location not far from a main road The house was well stocked with a lovely front porch. Highly recommend.

Catskill holiday getaway

The Ledge House was as expected, well appointed, all the necessary utensils were readily available. Everything was fresh and very clean. Easy access to local attractions. We look forward to returning some day.

Wonderful place to stay

The house was immaculate and clean. There were enough towels for showering. The kitchen had all the cookware, cutlery, and dishes you needed to cook meals. The house was not completely secluded but was far enough off the main road to enjoy peace and quiet. The location was 15 to 30 minutes from all the hiking trails we decided to explore which was nice. I will definitely book this place if I ever make it back to the Catskills again.

Peaceful Girls' Weekend

The location was perfect for our weekend trip to Kaaterskill Falls for hiking. We drove to Woodstock for a nice dinner and window shopping. It was the perfect balance of nature and civilization for us. Thank you!

Lovely location for access to hiking and Woodstock

The property was as described and pictured, easy communication with hosts and clear instructions for check-in/out, we appreciated the thoughtful details like essential spices, condiments, and coffee/tea available, very close to numerous trails, about 30 mins to Woodstock. Thanks!

Convenient to HITS

My daughter and I stayed here while she was showing at HITS. The home is clean and well appointed. I really appreciated the thoughtful touches of having some lights on inside as we were arriving late and personal toiletry items in case you forgot anything. The owner was super responsive and very helpful. One of my best VRBO experiences. I hope to return when we show next.

Beautiful home away from home

This was the perfect spot to stay while our daughter competed at the HITS showgrounds. Communication with the host before our stay was great. The home was clean, spacious and quaint. It was supplied with all the necessary amenities. The 2 bathrooms are a plus! The home was very well air conditioned. The picnic area was very nice but unfortunatly due to rainstorms we weren't able to use it as much as we would have wanted. Very convenient location. HITS is only 15 minutes, Kaaterskills falls about 8 minutes, we also found the Mountain Brauhaus about 20 minutes away which I highly recommend.
