Great location and house

Had a wonderful time despite being snowed in for a couple of days. House is very nice and the view is amazing. I haven’t found a better view of the smokies at any other cabin that I’ve stayed.

Great Stay

Cabin was as advertised. Very roomy, everyone had plenty of space. Very nicely furnished, only thing subpar was the King bed in the loft area may need updating. Overall, very great cabin.

Big Cabin with a Great View

The Beach and Mountain Rental management of the property was fantastic in providing a fast response when I had a question. My family enjoyed staying here 6 nights. We went hiking in the smoky mountains, visited Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, and ate at some very good places. The layout of the cabin is spacious, fun, and relaxing. The view from the cabin is amazing no matter what time of day or night. This cabin was an awesome home away from home. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Beautiful views but super scary driveway

The house was super nice. Kitchen was the bomb. Extremely well equipped. The wrap around porches were great. Beds super comfy except for king in loft. As others mentioned, it needs to be replaced due to a sinking hole. Loft bathtub is a super slow drainer and could use some drain-o. The heartbreaking thing was the stains in the carpet in the den. As you walk into this beautiful home the first thing you see is these gross stains. Who knows if it is blood, coffee, or chocolate. Please, please spend the $70 to rent a carpet cleaning machine from Lowe's and remove these unsightly stains. This was truly our biggest concern for this property. My last comment concerns the driveway. The property description mentions the sloped driveway and limited parking. OMG talk about a challenge! One vehicle was a large SUV and making the left turn into the driveway was quite difficult until you get the hang of it. The other vehicle was a midsize SUV and there was no issues. The parking is oddly sloped downward. We had rain 2 days and trying to reverse on the wet concrete made it challenging to say the least. Let me be clear that the owner was honest with us regarding the driveway prior to us renting the home. Would we rent it again? Yes, but not in the winter months or rainy season and we'd probably leave the large SUV at home. And yes if the carpets could be cleaned to remove those stains. One final note, there was lots of extra blankets and throws available for warmth.

Cabin

The cabin was amazing and in a beautiful location. The parking area was a little awkward but they do warn you about that so make sure your car is equipped to handle it! The only thing I wish had been different is curtains covering the main floor bedroom. Since the porch lights have to stay on constantly they shine into the bedroom and can make it a little difficult to sleep (especially if you’re used to dark rooms). Other than that we loved our experience there and would definitely stay again.

Great cabin

This was such a nice cabin and it came with a lot of amenities that most cabins lack. My only complaint was the air hockey table didn't work and a few of the lamps but overall a great cabin. Becareful with parking due to a steep hill. Will definitely rent from them again. We had a great stay!!!!!!
