The Casa del Sole is a small private and well maintained green residential complex of 7 apartments of different sizes and are located in the small seaside resort of Pareti on the south-west coast in an environment that radiates peace and quiet and is therefore ideal for families with children and all those in looking for relaxation and relaxation in 2-3 minutes on foot you are already on the beach with large-grained sand. It is not very large and is mostly visited by the guests who live in the area. The facility is personally managed by the owners Evelyn and Ugo Geri themselves and in particular on site. So you always have a contact person nearby. All apartments have a tastefully furnished terrace and of course all with stunning sea views. The apartments are personally handed over on arrival and since we ourselves live on site our guests do not need to pick up the keys somewhere at certain times. Incidentally, the facility is located on a cul-de-sac so that traffic is limited to the residents.
