Haben uns dort wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war soweit in Ordnung. Das ein oder andere in der Wohnung sollte jedoch repariert bzw. erneuert werden (Duschtüre, Bettgestelle). Die Mängel waren aber nicht dramatisch, sollten aber beseitigt werden. Würden aber jederzeit wieder kommen. War eine schöne und ruhige Ferienwohnung in einer noch schöneren Umgebung.

Schon bei der Ankunft war klar: Willkommen fühlt man sich hier nicht. Die Wohnung war stickig und heiß, es fehlten sogar grundlegende Dinge wie Toilettenpapier, Handseife oder Spültabs für die ersten Tage. Der Zustand wirkt, als hätte man längst mit der Unterkunft abgeschlossen – alles ist abgenutzt, kaputt oder ungepflegt. Es scheint, als würde nur noch Miete kassiert, ohne jegliche Pflege oder Sorgfalt. Eine gründliche Reinigung und Instandhaltung wären dringend nötig. Teilweise ist es sogar gefährlich: Offene Steckdosen laden Kinderfinger ein, Teile der bröckelnden Balkonmöbel hätte unser Baby beinahe verschluckt, Duschtüren fallen beim Schließen entgegen und ein nicht fixierter mannshoher Schuhschrank kippt beim Öffnen.Dazu kommen irreführende Angaben: Das „zweite Bad“ liegt außerhalb der Wohnung und hat kein Warmwasser, der „Tennisplatz“ ist 15 Minuten entfernt. WLAN gibt es nicht, der Mobilfunkempfang auf der Bergseite ist schwach. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra – ein Hinweis, der nicht in der offiziellen Beschreibung steht und uns gar nicht erst erreichte. Die Klimaanlage fällt regelmäßig aus, auch nachts, und lässt sich nur am Sicherungskasten neu starten. Der Fernseher geht an, empfängt aber keine Sender.Am bittersten: All diese Mängel sind bekannt, werden jedoch klein geredet und nicht behoben. Hier wird kassiert – aber nichts investiert. Dabei könnte es wirklich schön sein. So aber ist es in diesem Zustand und zu diesem Preis einfach nur enttäuschend.

Happy days in Porto Azzurro

Sehr schönes Appartement, gemütlich. Von der Terrasse hat man einen herrlichen Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Oberhalb von Porto Azzurro gelegen. Der Ort ist zu Fuß schnell erreichbar, der Heimweg allerdings ein bisschen steil. Perfekt für alle, die nicht mitten im Trubel wohnen wollen.

Eine wunderschöne Woche auf Elba

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es ist genügend Geschirr in der Küche so dass nicht immer gleich der Geschirrspüler genutzt werden muss. Alles war sauber. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig und trotzdem ist man in einem 10 min. Spaziergang im Ort am Hafen. Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und am Nachmittag schön schattig. Die Vermieterin ist nicht vor Ort aber sie antwortet auf Fragen sehr schnell in wenigen Minuten. Einen Hinweis hätte ich. Ein Zettel wie die Müllentsorgung funktioniert wäre gut weil dies ist doch nicht alltäglich, dass die öffentlichen Container mit einem Code auf der Mülltüte geöffnet werden.

Traumhafte Lage

Die Wohnung ist hübsch eingerichtet. Leider ist die Küche und das Badezimmer nicht gut gepflegt - z.B. die Waschmaschinenschublade war voller Schimmel! Der Wasserkocher in der Küche war total verkalkt und defekt... Leider gibt es kein WIFI, wie es in der Ausschreibung stand! Die Vermieterin war "unsichtbar". Schade. Sonst war es prima.

Tolle Wohnung, toller Urlaub

Der Kontakt zu der Vermieterin war sehr nett und unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön eingerichtet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Sie hat eine angenehme Größe (wir waren zwei Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind, aber auch vier Erwachsene würden sich rundum wohl fühlen). Die Terrasse ist schön groß und hat - über ein paar Bäume hinweg - einen kleinen Ausschnitt Meerblick. In der Wohnung selbst gibt es eine Spül- und eine Waschmaschine. Eines der beiden enthaltenen Bäder liegt unten, dort wo die Autos parken. Man muss aber nur eine Treppe herunter gehen, um dieses zu erreichen. Zwei Bäder waren nach dem Strand schon sehr praktisch. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig oberhalb von Porto Azzurro auf einem Berg, man kann den Ort aber fußläufig erreichen. Wir können die Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Bell‘appartamento con qualche neo

L‘appartamento e‘ in una bella posizione rialzata sul mare con un bel panorama e molto verde tutto intorno. Purtroppo e‘ sul versante della collina interno cosi‘ non gode di molta brezza ed e‘ molto caldo visto che sta all‘ultimo piano. L‘arredamento e‘ curato e con molti particolari anche se non tutto e‘ molto funzionale per una vacanza. La terrazza e‘ accogliente e ben ammobiliata. Il parcheggio e‘ coperto e direttamente sulla proprietà‘. La strada per raggiungere la proprieta‘ e‘ molto stretta e ripida, ma si raggiunge Porto Azzurro velocemente. Nella nostra descrizione gli asciugamani erano inclusi, ma non sono stati forniti. La proprietaria ci ha detto che dovevamo fare una richiesta extra e pagare un supplemento. Informatevi quindi in anticipo. Non c‘e‘ connessione Internet. Positiva e‘ la lavatrice che e‘ stata molto utile. La pulizia non era molto buona, ma accettabile.

Mi dispiace che abbia trovato qualche neo , per quanto riguarda il caldo , purtroppo, siete capitati nella settimana più calda dell’anno con temperature a dir poco anomale . Per le pulizie sicuramente le farò migliorare, grazie anzi per averlo segnalato . Per il servizio biancheria mi spiace ma ho sempre fatto su richiesta e quindi con un costo extra. Appartamento confortevole arredato con gusto. Posizione ottima

Abbiamo soggiornato dal 2 al 9 settembre 2017. Posizione ottima per una vacanza di tranquillità. La padrona di casa si è rivelata una persona molto disponibile, sempre presente in caso di bisogno. L''appartamento è molto confortevole e arredato con gusto. Si arriva in paese anche a piedi e si possono fare delle belle camminate verso le montagne come ottima alternativa allo stupendo mare dell'isola. Che dire....noi saremmo rimasti molto volentieri anche per più tempo!
