This is a gorgeous, brand new home in a beautiful area. There is so much to do here. You're 55 minutes from Zions or Sand Hallow or Quail Creek State Park. Not to mention an abundance of parks, hiking, biking, atv trails within minutes. This area has an amazing history. There are cool food places nearby and a bunch of nice, quirky folks to chat with.
The master bedroom has a comfy king size bed, TV, balcony and gorgeous shower and tub. Awesome for relaxing after a long day out adventuring. The 2 other rooms have comfy queen beds and a TV to watch your favorite shows.
The Kitchen and Living Room are in an open space. You can make dinner or get take out from one of the cool joints near by while your family watches a show or plays games.
The backyard is a work in progress, not really a hangout spot. You are welcome to though if you like, we have folding chairs available. We are still working out the landscaping.

Beautiful accommodations. The location was central for us to visit Zion/Springdale and Kanab(<1 hr), Bryce (<2 hr), Page and Vegas (2.5hr). Our stay had plenty of room and clean. Enjoyed our home away from home.

We would highly recommend Steve and his family to everyone. They were very clean and communitative. We appreciate their kind critiques.
The check-in process was so seamless and this place was amazing. It was very spacious and had more than enough amenities. The house was extremely clean and we had a great stay. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever out this way again. We would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are visiting the parks. Great central location. Hidden gem!

That is so nice of you to say! Thank you! We love the area. You were wonderful guests, please stay with us again.
We enjoyed being able to have a lot of space to spread out. Downstairs areas stay chilly during the evening hours so bring a heated blanket for TV watching.

thank you for your review, we are glad you enjoyed your stay.
Six of us stayed at Jen's house while we were in town for the Zion Ultras. Plenty of room, safe neighborhood, close to restaurants and supermarket. Jen was super-responsive to my messages. Very easy check in and out. Overall and excellent stay, highly recommend.

This is a great property. The only thing I would say needs a little better attention is the cleanliness of the restrooms. Otherwise, this is great. Stay location. Great people to work with.

We had such an amazing time! We were there a week and there’s still so much to do. Jen was very communicative and informative. Loved her house! Just like the pictures but better. It was perfect for us. Hildale is a hidden gem!

Celeste and her family were amazing guests, messaging back and forth I feel as though she's a new friend. We are so glad they had a good time! They left the home very clean and were so easy to work with. We can't wait for them to come stay again.
We are Dave and Jen. We are a bit quirky/dorky, we have so much fun together. Dave is from Scotland and I am from Salt Lake. We both love outdoors (lakes, mountains, trails, oceans) and love chatting with nice folks. The history of HIldale is very unique.
We found this home and fell in love with the beauty and quirkiness. It's in an area we love, so close to Zion National Park, where we love to hike and Quail Creek State Park where we love to paddle board. This home is so close to so many cool spots like Saint George, Springdale, Hurricane. There are trails to find close for ATV's and hikes. If you want to take a little walk up the road there is a cool dairy selling yummy cheese, frozen ice cream and meats. Hop in the car and drive 5 minutes to Colorado City and you'll find Bee's Grocery store; complete with fancy deli, Beans and Brews, Artict Circle and cute little bar upstairs with a friendly bar staff.
We put a few menus on the kitchen counter, great for when you don't want to cook. If you love chicken, you need to try the Brother's Bistro. The zesty chicken salad or really anything there is so yummy. There is also a cute little pizza place in the same parking lot and also a Beer Garden to chill out in.
If you would rather stay in after a long day of adventure the kitchen is my favorite thing there. I do love the master bedroom and the balcony. But-- give me a good kitchen and I'm in heaven. There are pots, pans, plates, utensils-- I think it's everything you need to make a nice meal for your party.
This area is just neat.
We hope you give us a try. We are just starting at this, so if you have advice please send that our way, we appreciate feedback.
