Lime in the Coconut has been tastefully decorated & is an inviting retreat for a quick get away!

Award winning Designer bungalow only .6 mile from the Port Aransas beach w/ 2 bedrooms & 1 bathroom.

First bedroom has a queen bed w/ walk in closet, dresser, nightstands & wall mounted smart TV. Second bedroom has twin over double bunk bed.

Open space living & kitchen area with stainless steel island & coffee bar included!

Near everything - beach, restaurants, you name it!

The space Whole house is available for use and downstairs has 3 parking spots. No street parking available. Designed by Award Winning AISD Designer Adrian Galvan of Designology and attention was paid to every single detail! Attention to detail is what Adrian is known for and he did not disappoint!

2nd bedroom has bunk beds with twin over full.

Amenities like home include toaster, crock pot, air fryer, blender and Keurig coffee maker.

The outside shower is perfect after a day at the beach!

Parking available for 3 cars maximum. No street parking available

Guest access The whole house is yours including the 2 community pool areas! We also have outdoor seating downstairs and balcony seating available.

Lime in the Coconut

The biggest issue was the house was not very clean. There was trash under the bed in the master bedroom. The pullout couch in the living room was unusable because it was covered in food and trash on the inside. The dishwasher did not work properly and some items hanging on the walls were not screwed in all the way. The location is great! Close to the beach and we felt safe in the area. No problems with noise from surrounding neighborhoods. The note and gift were thoughtful and appreciated. Overall it’s a great house, just issues with cleanliness and some things needed updating/fixing.

Sierra, Thank you for brining this to our attention. I wish we had been notified of any issues during your stay so we could have remedied them while you were there. This is the first we have heard of any of those. We will be sure to attend to those areas specifically.

This bungalow was our first adventure into the short term rental space. We had spent many years with investment property, but saw the market starting to increase and decided now or never was the time to get into the Texas Coastal bend market. We went under contract while the property was under construction and were so happy when we finished the build process and could decorate it to the 9's.

Why they chose this property

We are avid coastal vacationers who have spent many days each year in Port Aransas. We love to fish and enjoy our friends on the island so we decided to invest in the community and have a nice place for us to stay when we come to visit!

What makes this property unique

Interior Designer furnished from top to bottom! We turned the reins over and are so pleased with the peaceful, tranquil escape we now have at the coast! We could not be more pleased with how it turned out!
