The luxury apartment, which was completed in 2012, is located just 5 minutes walk from Volkspark Friedrichshain, Berlin. Up to Alex you drive by car only 10 minutes. It is located in the high ground floor and has its own garden and Tarasse. The apartment has a bespoke modern brand kitchen equipped with high-end appliances. The kitchen has an oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, induction hobs and all the utensils and crockery you need for a relaxing stay. The apartment has two separate bedrooms, one bedroom is furnished with a double bed, a second with two single beds, with a single bed a pull-out drawer with a mattress (200x80), so that sleeps 3 people. From the spacious 30 m2 living room you go into the garden. In the apartment there are two bathrooms (bath and shower). A cot is available in the apartment.

Beautiful apartment with garden near Volkspark friedrichshain

The apartment is beautiful and huge! It's right by Volkspark friedrichshain, so perfect with kids! And right near a tram stop, making it easy to get around the city. Very highly recommended!!!

Spacious, comfortable and well located

Great flat, plenty of room and comfortable. We liked the area. Easy access to u and sbahn and trams, shops and restaurants. It would have been useful to have wi fi and access to a washing machine but we managed. Lots of the nicer restaurants and cafes in this area do not take credit or debit cards which was different to other parts of Berlin we have stayed in- we just needed to remember that and have cash.
