Located in Downtown Estes Park the Gateway to the Rocky Mountain National Park just a short drive from Denver Colorado. Be sure to visit the on site La-Cabana Roof-top patio for a margarita and traditional Mexican food.
The Cornelius Flat is within walking distance of numerous shop's and other restaurants. Lots of family fun activities with in walking distance or driving 2 miles to the new mountain coaster. Enjoy the convenience of a free parking spot on site here in downtown Estes Park. In planning your trip we are inly able to issue 1 parking permit per vacation rental for our private parking lot.

Cute and close to downtown!!

We loved how much room the flat had. Wish it had another small couch or chair for seating, but loved how open it was!! It was super close to downtown and made walking there so convenient instead of trying to find parking each time we went to the shops or to eat. The owner was super helpful with information and easy to communicate with!

Best location and great hosts!!!

This location is perfect in Downtown Estes park! Restaurant in the Building upstairs, good parking spot. The flat is great, has all the amenities you could want including a great basket of snacks, coffee, etc. The communication was fast, always helpful and very accommodating for our special requests. Will always want to stay there when we are in Estes Park!

Perfect Elopement Suite

My partner and I eloped in RMNP and stayed in the Cornelious Suite. It was in the perfect location and reasonably priced for five nights in Estes Park. We appreciated the property manager, Shawn, and his attention to detail. We could see the love and work going into The Courtyard Shops and Flats. We would definitely stay there again!

Perfect location

My partner and I stayed here while in Estes Park and we couldn’t ask for a more ideal location. We had a reservation for high tea and realized once we checked in that the teahouse was right across the street! All of downtown Estes park is within walking distance and RMNP was a five minute drive away!

Great getaway!

5/5 for sure. The property was clean, had everything we possibly needed, and is close enough to downtown we could just walk there! Shawn, the property manager is so nice and helped make our experience even more wonderful! Would definitely recommend

Weekend trip

My wife and I had a terrific time. Shawn was very nice and helpful in answering all our questions. Our room had all the amenities you needed and the location was excellent, walking distance to town. My only concern, the bathroom could use a few hooks to hang your clothes when taking a shower. We will definitely return.

Downtown Location - Can walk everywhere

Property location was great. Basically a block from the shops. Has reserved parking spot. This trip had us arriving on Black Friday specifically to attend the Catch the Glow Parade for our first time. Location and parking were our main objectives and it delivered. The apartment was nice. Recently redone and had most of the amenities we were looking for. I would suggest replacing the mattress. Otherwise we had a relaxing stay. Very much appreciate the easy check in/out and the attentiveness.
