We had a wonderful 2 month stay. Stacy is a fantastic host who has a wealth of information on Portland since she was born and raised in the area. She is very responsive to all you concerns, requests and replies very quickly. The rental unit is centrally located in the Old Port close to great restaurants and everything that is happening. Check in was extremely easy and the fact that the rental unit has parking close by makes the apartment ideal. Stacy is very detailed oriented and provided a welcome guide that contains everything you would want to know about the rental as well as restaurants and other activities in the area. We will be back next year...Ron & Rosemary
We had the most wonderful stay at Stacy and Ernesto’s place in the Old Port of Portland. The apartment is stunning, decorated with an artistic eye and super comfortable. They took into consideration everything a guest might want, including comfortable mattresses, with soft pillows and bedding, and cozy throws for the couch, a kitchen outfitted nicely for anyone who likes to cook, including a coffee bean grinder and electric tea kettle, games and jigsaw puzzles, and even a starter set of household products and toiletries. The laundry facility is clean and very convenient, neighbors are friendly, and the location cannot be beat. Seriously, the location cannot be beat. We could walk to everything. There are so many amazing restaurants and stores, the water and ferry are a block away, and Exchange Street is vibrant with musicians and people out enjoying the city. Could not be happier with our stay. Thank you Stacy and Ernesto!

Hello! I'm an avid traveler and owe a lot of wonderful memories to the unique locations that others have shared with me. I'm excited to now share my home-away-from-home in Portland's Old Port to keep the good travel karma going!
Why they chose this property
As they say: Location! Location! Location!
This area is referred to as a Walker's Paradise with a 98 / 100 Walk Score®
You'll be steps away from multiple award winning, nationally recognized restaurants & breweries (eight James Beard nominations this year!), close to parks & farmer's markets, live music venues, museums and just minutes away from catching a ferry to multiple islands along the Maine coast.
Enjoy shopping local! One of the best parts about The Old Port is supporting artists and shop owners that live in this vibrant community. Multiple galleries and gift shops are in the area with unique Downeast treasures.
The apartment is also less than a 15 minute walk to day-to-day favorites like Trader Joe's and Whole Foods.
Potential for noise: The Old Port is a vibrant destination for travelers and locals alike. Please be aware that there is the potential for noise from the street and restaurants/bars in the immediate area. If this is a concern, please consider before booking.
