A simple lease and house rules will be provided for mutual signature. Utilities are included in the base price, although we ask that renters be considerate, especially with overuse of air conditioning. Renter is responsible for weekly cleaning, during occupancy, at renter's expense. We will provide the name of our regular cleaning service after booking. No holdovers/extended stays are allowed.
