Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, alles drin was man braucht . Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Haus liegt am Stadtrand und trotzdem für Ausflüge in alle Himmelsrichtungen Zentral. Gerne wieder.

Schöne helle Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung war genau so wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern im Netz. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und geht auf die Wünsche des Feriengastes ein (ich hatte um Reinigungsmittel für das Bad gebeten). Wir haben uns in unserem 14-tägigen Urlaub sehr wohlgefühlt und werden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Das einzige Manko ist, wenn man das so bezeichnen darf, dass die Wohnung sehr warm ist (September), da alle bodentiefen Fenster den ganzen Tag von der Sonne beschienen wurden und es außer im Schlafzimmer keine Möglichkeit gab, die Hitze ein wenig außen vor zu halten.

Nette Wohnung In Bad Tölz

Ideale Wohnung für zwei Personen um Bad Tölz und die Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Wohnung liegt neben einem Golfplatz und ist ein wenig außerhalb von der Innenstadt. Zu Fuß ist das aber alles kein Problem und ein Bus hält genau vor dem Haus. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sind gerne bereit Fragen zu beantworten. Wir selber waren mit dem Rennrad unterwegs und konnten wunderbare Strecken genießen. Die Vermieter sind selber leidenschaftliche Radfahrer und können viele schöne Strecken empfehlen.

Great apartment in a great location

We spent at week here at the end of May 2016. The advertisement for the apartment was very accurate. The apartment was bright, clean, and equipped with everything you would need. Most importantly, Claudia (the owner) was fantastic. She met us upon arrival and came by the night before to say goodbye. She was always a phone call away if we needed anything. We loved the beautiful balcony, which overlooked the golf course, and also all the windows to let in the fresh air. There is a great bakery around the corner and a food store just a few blocks (walking distance) away. We had a car, so we found the location perfect. The apartment is in a secured building, so we felt very safe. Bad Tolz is a wonderful town to walk around. There are so many places to hike and bike in this area. We would highly recommend staying here, and if we came back to the area, we would stay here again.

Tolle Urlaubswoche in Bad Tölz

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, in der man sich von Anfang wie zu Hause fühlt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr modern und man merkt sehr schnell, dass Frau Schönrock viel Wert auf Details gelegt hat. Die Wohnung ist in einem einwandfreien und sauberen Zustand und es fehlt absolut an Nichts. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind perfekt - Lebensmittel und viele andere Geschäfte sind in unmittelbarer Nähe und zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und sehr darauf bedacht, dass man sich wohlfühlt. Wir kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

Location formidable

Il n'est jamais trop tard pour bien faire! Notre séjour à Bad Tölz remonte à septembre 2012...et nous ne l'oublierons pas! Nous y avons passé une semaine formidable. L'appartement est très agréable, très confortable, très bien équipé, conforme en tous points à la description. De plus il est meublé et décoré avec beaucoup de gôut. Le quartier est calme, aucun bruit dans l'appartement. Il est situé au coeur d'une région riche de lieux de balades et de visites, tant en Bavière qu'au Tyrol pas très éloigné ( la frontière est à environ 30km ). Bad Tölz est une très jolie ville où il fait bon flâner. Nous avons pu assister au défilé d'ouverture de l'Oktoberfest à Munich (le premier dimanche) puis visite de la vieille ville et du chateau de Nymphenburg dans des conditions optimales : voyage en train puis tramway et bus dans Munich, billet journée pour 25€ par personne sans souci de voiture à garer (opération onéreuse et très difficile pendant la fête de la bière!) et tout cela grâce à l'aide et aux conseils avisés de notre charmante propriétaire. Nous avons apprécié aussi deux journées de pleine campagne aux festivités de l'Almabtrieb (retour de transhumance) au Tyrol, on peut accompagner la descente des troupeaux de vaches magnifiquement décorées au son de ces énormes cloches pendues à leur cou. De retour dans la vallée nous attendent différentes animations et divers mode de restauration qui permettent de gôuter les spécialités de la région sans oublier l'excellente bière! Je pourrais encore en raconter beaucoup...cette semaine fut vraiment superbe. Nous envisageons d'ailleurs d'y retourner une autre fois un peu plus tard en saison pour profiter des couleurs de l'automne..et si nos hôtes sont d'accord pour nous héberger, nous retournerons volontiers chez eux. On s'y sent bien, comme chez soi. Ce sont des personnes charmantes, très aimables, trés serviables, très "présents" et en même temps trés discrets. Nous les remercions très sincèrement pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse.

Fewo ROAD KING - eine Wohlfühloase

Eine wunderschöne Wohnung, die keine Wünsche offen lässt. Sehr geschmackvolle, moderne Einrichtung mit viel Liebe zum Detail, super sauber und gepflegt, TOP Ausstattung und last but not least ein Wahnsinns-Ausblick. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind perfekt - Lebensmittel und viele andere Geschäfte sind direkt um die Ecke und trotzdem ist die Straße sehr ruhig - wir hörten in unserer Wohnung gar nichts - als wären wir alleine im Haus. Die Betreuung durch die Vermieterin ist herzlich und zuvorkommend; Urlaubstipps und Anregungen liegen im Haus für jeden bereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen ganz bestimmt wieder!

unvergesslicher Langzeiturlaub

Als Neupensionierte verbrachten wir einen 3-monatigen Langzeiturlaub in der Villa Bad Tölz. Die im Onlineinserat versprochenen Angaben haben sich voll und ganz erfüllt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gepflegt und mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Augenblick an wie zu Hause. Die Vermieterin hat alles unternommen um uns den Aufenthalt an diesem schönen Ort so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Immer hatten wir das Gefühl, dass wir hier sehr willkommen sind und unsere Wünsche gerne erfüllt wurden. Auch unsere vielen Besuche fühlten sich sehr gut aufgehoben. Hier stimmt wirklich alles, sodass wir dieses Feriendomiziel jederzeit weiterempfehlen können. Bad Tölz und die nähere Umgebung, vorallem die Wege entlang der Isar sind zu Fuss und per Fahrrad ein Erlebnis - Erholung pur! Für uns war speziell wichtig, dass wir einerseits die Grossstadt München und andrerseits die Berge des Bayerischen Oberlandes in kurzer Zeit erreichen konnten.

Komfort mit Weitblick

Wir waren im Juni 2011 eine Woche im Apartment. Die Lage mit der wunderschönen Aussicht entsprach vollkommen unseren Erwartungen. Die Wohnung ist in einem sehr guten Zustand, die Bausubstanz ist hochwertig und die Einrichtung sehr geschmackvoll. Besonders angenehm: Die Räume sind sehr hell. Die Vermieterin ist freundlich und hilfsbereit aber nicht aufdringlich. Der Standort ist ideal für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. Sehr zu empfehlen ist ein Ausflug zum Kloster Reutberg. Ein Regentag läßt sich sehr gut in der Wohnung verbringen und das Kochen hat auch Spaß gemacht.

Relaxing, quiet and convenient

We recently stayed for a week and couldn't be happier. The apartment is exactly as it appears on this website. It is well-maintained and as clean as can be. The location makes for the perfect spot to branch out for daytrips to various locations in Germany and Austria. Most importantly though, the owners are wonderfully kind and helpful, without invading your privacy. They truly want you to enjoy every minute of your vacation. Super Urlaub

Wir haben in dem liebevoll eingerichteten Apartment 12 Tage verbracht und uns super erholt und gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. Der Supermarkt, Apotheke, Restaurant sind direkt um die Ecke. Kueche ist mit allen ausgestattet was man brauchen koennte. Vor der Tuer haelt direkt der Bus zur Stadt allerdings nur bis 18:00h und Sonntags leider ueberhaupt nicht. Bis zum Bahnhof sind es 10 Min. zu fuss. Wir wuerden jederzeit wiederkommen. Der Blick auf den Golfplatz und in die Berge ist unschlagbar und unvergesslich. Vielen Dank nochmals für alles!

Einfach wunderschön....

Wir haben 4 Nächte in einem dieser wunderschönen Apartments verbracht und waren rundum zufrieden. Der Empfang durch Frau Sch. war sehr freundlich und man merkt einfach, dass das Apartment mit sehr viel Liebe eingerichtet wurde. Auf dem Tisch war noch ein netter Willkommensgruß in Form von Glühwein und Keksen.....haben uns riesig darüber gefreut. Wir haben uns gleich wie Zuhause gefühlt. In der Küche war auch alles vorhanden, bestens ausgestattet. Die Badewanne wurde auch gerne genutzt, muß noch erwähnen, das auch das Bad sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Für uns ist eines klar, wir kommen wieder;-)! Vielen Dank nochmals für alles!

Einfach Super!

Ein perfektes Quartier fuer 2 Persoenen. Sauber und gepflegt; geschmackvolle und vollstaendige Einrichtung. Sehr schoene Aussicht. Bahnhof, Supermarkt und Baecker zu Fuss zu erreichen. Freundlicher Empfang. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefuehlt!
