**The Space** is a light and bright coastal-inspired bungalow directly across from the Hillsborough River. This private yet centrally located home is just 3 minutes from Busch Gardens, near USF, 15 minutes from historic Ybor City, and 20 minutes to all of Tampa's key attractions, including Raymond James Stadium, the convention center, and Amalie Arena.

This 3-bedroom, 1-bath home features Roku streaming TVs, WIFI, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a private fenced-in yard with a screened-in lanai, a fire pit, and off-street parking. Located across from the Hillsborough River, close to 56th Street in downtown Temple Terrace. You will enjoy relaxing in the macrame hammock on the screened-in patio with a private fenced-in yard.

Very Nice Little House

Stayed here with the family for several days over Spring Break. It’s a great little house with a convenient location to Busch Gardens. We would definitely come back if we ever make plans to be in the area again.

We came to Tampa as my dad was having major surgery at Moffitt.. this was a great home away from home very close to the hospital! Definitely will book again should the need arise to come back.. also close proximity to Busch gardens.

It's easier access to Busch Garden. And 20mins away from Tampa downtown. In a quiet neighborhood. There are three decent size rooms. Only downside is the single bathroom.

The haven

Loved how clean this house was. Super close to Fowler and Busch Gardens. Huge backyard with outdoor friends to keep you company. Nice appliances and the tvs were super easy to use. They have a feature set up to where it automatically logs you out of your Netflix/Hulu account which is awesome in case you forget to do it. Super comfortable beds as well.

Tampa Getaway

This cottage is a good find! We were going to an event at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The house was about 15 minutes away. The owners have put a lot of thought into redoing this place. The house was very clean. Little things like washing supplies and disposable tooth brushes make a big impact.

My husband and 2 children loved this rental property. Our favorite part was the fenced in backyard for our boys to run around in. There was even a cute bunny that hung around while we were there :) The house was clean. The beds were super comfortable. Ease of using the TVs was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. We had an issue with the keypad and Amanda was super prompt with giving us a solution. Highly recommend!
