Welcome to our Beachfront Lakehouse on all sports Twin Lake, Muskegon County. Twin Lake is a 111 acre All Sports lake with a nice sandy bottom for swimming located 15 minutes from Downtown Muskegon. The 227ft of private sandy beach has a gentle slope to the water that is perfect for children. This is a spacious, well equipped private home with contactless check in. It's the perfect vacation getaway for summer, spring, fall or winter - whatever the season or reason. Clean, comfortable and air conditioned with amazing lakefront views from nearly every room. We strive to exceed all expectations.

Ideal for two to three families (6 adults plus kids or 8-10 adults) for a memorable vacation. NO parties/events. NO wedding parties/events. NO bachelor / bachelorette parties.

Bring your boat or jet ski or rent one! The boat launch at Twin Lake Park is just 5 houses away.

FLOOR PLAN LAYOUT & AMENITIES: Spacious 4-bedroom lakefront home is beautifully decorated and has amazing lake views from almost every room, has central air conditioning and heat so it's a perfect stay for every season. The large kitchen has tons of counter space, stainless steel appliances, Keurig and regular coffee maker, tea pot, crock pot, mixer and a large table for gathering - dining for 14 and is also great for entertaining. Living area has a gorgeous gas fireplace, a 50-inch smart tv, DVD player, stereo, WiFi, and games as well as large back decks. There are 4 Smart tv's: the living room, the king bedroom, queen family bedroom and the garage/game room. Three newly updated full bathrooms and one half-bathroom (seasonal, closed in winter). Outdoor shower. Laundry with new washer and dryer.

All Linens (bedding, bath towels, beach towels, kitchen towels), Starter Kit (travel size dish detergent, 2 dish washer pods, 2 toilet paper in each bathroom, 2 laundry pods, 1 roll of paper towels, travel size toiletries, variety of Keurig coffees, tea, sugar and basic spices) and a starter propane tank.

SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (sleeps 14): King bedroom, queen bedroom, queen family bedroom which also has a daybed with trundle and pack-n-play, bunk room has 2 bunk beds both with trundle beds. The "bunkroom" is a large walk-through room. This room does have doors for privacy, but you will need to walk through this room to get to the "Turtles Cove Family Queen Bedroom". There are sliders to the deck and hot tub from the bunk room.

OUTSIDE: Our property boasts 227' of private sandy beachfront, over half an acre property with space to barbecue on the multi-tier deck overlooking the lake and beach. We also have an outdoor shower, kayaks, paddle boards, pedal boat, fire pit, gas grill (with starter propane tank), corn hole, wagon, beach chairs, fun family games. Oh, and did I forget to mention, we have a therapeutic HOT TUB!

We have an awesome-cool rec/game room in the garage with a kitchen and half bath, tv, bar top with stools, wicker outdoor patio conversation seating, ping pong, foosball, mini game table (mini pool table/air hockey) and garage doors that open to overlook the lake! Our rec/game room in the garage is open all year round but is not heated (there is a propane heater in the garage guests may use at their own risk). The 1/2 bathroom/kitchenette is closed during the winter season.

** Please note that outdoor equipment and furnishings are stored away from approx. late October until May. The garage kitchen and 1/2 bath are seasonal **

**Hot tub, Lawncare and landscaping, including beach maintenance will be performed as needed without notice.**

This is our own personal family vacation home. We spend time here with our kids and grandchildren and we’ve done our best to make it a comfortable, enjoyable, and special place to make our own family memories. We hope you enjoy our home (and respect it) as much as we do!
