Recently updated and remodeled 3700 square foot home will make you feel on retreat. Backs to peaceful open space preserve and a creek. Bonus trampoline and tree house outside. 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs.

We just adopted a rescue cat! We ask that you feed him 2x/day and clean his kitty litter on visits over 3 nights. We can also have a neighbor come and do the same, just let us know what you prefer :)

Impressive Appeal. But cat.Really…

House was great as described. But very unusual situation as we were left a cat to take care of with instructions on how to feed this cat twice a day and also clean the litter box. I didn’t sign up for taking care of someone’s animals while I was on vacation but we did it and love for animals. Should really put this in your advertisement so people can decide if they want to be a cat sitter. Other than that the house was perfect.

Beautiful home!

My family stayed here over the holidays and had an excellent time. The home was spacious and easily accomodated our party of eight, the host Leah was very easy to communicate with, and there was even a Christmas tree and holiday decorations to make the home more festive. The home was in a very quiet neighborhood with some nice hiking trails nearby, and it was very close to San Rafael and Mill Valley, where we spent some time checking out restaurants and other sights. We would definitely stay here again, and would recommend this home to friends. Thanks again Leah!

Wonderful for extended family

The house was an amazing home base for my extended family visiting for the holidays. We felt right at home, enjoyed making our holiday meals there, and spending time together. We especially appreciated the Christmas tree and Hanukkah menorah! Thank you

I served in the Peace Corps in Uzbekistan after graduating from UCLA. Hosting was a huge part of their culture and I grew to love being on the other side as a host!
I grew up in Sonoma County and settled in nearby Marin County after coming home to go to graduate school in San Francisco. We love to travel and experience new adventures. You'll notice artwork around the house from all over the world. Next we're headed to Kenya for a safari!

What makes this property unique

Serene, peaceful, uniquely decorated. People always seem surprised that kids live/grew up here. Being a girl mom has made it a bit easier to keep the furniture clean :)
