Apartment Dune in the Baltic Sea Domizil Sandburg

In the center of Kühlungsborn-West and right on the city forest is located on a large plot of our holiday home "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg".

The Baltic Sea domicile Sandburg consists of the house with a reception, a small fitness room and our separate sauna house, so that our guests can also make an uncomfortable Baltic Sea day with a lot of warmth. In our garden, all guests can enjoy the Baltic Sea sun.

In our domicile are in the beautiful old building 4 apartments, the two EC apartments each have a terrace, the apartments on the 1st floor and 2nd floor have a large balcony.

In the summer of 2018 we opened our new building with 5 apartments. Here is also our daily open reception and a lift, with which our guests can easily reach all apartments of old and new buildings.

All apartments are equipped with high quality, all bedrooms have a modern, internet-enabled TV, the rooms are equipped with real wood parquet. In the new building, all apartments have modern, walk-in overhead showers and underfloor heating. Wi-Fi is self-evident in all apartments.

Our apartment "dune" for 4 persons is located in 1. OG of the "Baltic Sea Domicile Sandburg" and is easily accessible via our elevator. The high-quality apartment with parquet floors and pleasant floor heating is located in the new building opened in 2018.

The comfortably furnished living room is adjoined by a modern, fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, microwave with baking function, induction hob, coffee maker, toaster and plenty of dishes, on the balcony you can already enjoy the Baltic sun for breakfast. WLAN and Internet-compatible flat-screen TVs are in every room course, two spacious bedrooms with large closet and box spring bed and the beautiful bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet complete the modern apartment "dune".

You can leave your car safe and secure from 2019 on the belonging to the apartment car underground parking space on the neighboring property.

Gute Wohnung für 3 - 4 Erwachsene in bester Lage

Die Barrierefreiheit der Wohnung war sehr hilfreich sowie das Bad mit den beiden Waschbecken und die grosszügige Dusche und die separate Toilette. In beiden Schlafzimmern waren Fenseher vorhanden und die Nutzung des kleines Fitnessraums mit den wichtigsten Geräten fanden wir an Regentagen auch gut

Schöner Urlaub...gerne wieder. Super Lage: Kurze Wege zum Strand, Einkauf,...einfach zentral gelegen. Sauberkeit, Services der gesamten Anlage top. Wirklich nur Kleinigkeiten, die man verbessern könnte. Teppich/Läufer im Wohnzimmer entfernen, da nur Stolperfallen. W-lan/Internet in ganz Kühlungsborn leider eine Katastrophe.

Schöne Wohnung

Es ist eine schöne, kernsanierte und erweiterte Anlage. Schlüsselübergabe etc. hat sehr gut geklappt. Tiefgarage war noch im Rohbau, wenn sie dann fertig ist, eine gute Lösung. Ausstattung war absolut in Ordnung. Die Sauberkeit lässt Verbesserungspotenzial noch offen. Nebenan links ist ein Kindergarten, auf der anderen Hausseite eine Senioreneinrichtung.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung, gute Lage

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit in Kühlungsborn, die Ferienwohnung war gut ausgestattet. Leider stand der Tiefgaragenplatz nicht zur Verfügung, obwohl dieser bereits bezahlt war.

Vielen Dank für die gute Bewertung. Die Tiefgarage konnte leider erst Ende April 2019 in Betrieb genommen werden. Bis zur Inbetriebnahme haben wir selbstverständlich allen Gästen nach Angabe Ihrer Bankverbindung die Kosten für den Tiefgaragenstellplatz erstattet und einen kostenfreien Stellplatz auf dem Grundstück angeboten.

Licht und Schatten...

Unmittelbar neben dem Ferienobjekt ist eine Baustelle - mit Kran, Lärm, Dreck u. weiteren Beeinträchtigungen und durch welche hindurch die sog. Zufahrt zu den PKW-Abstellmöglichkeiten erfolgt! Die Beeinträchtigungen durch das Baugeschehen vor Ort wurden mit keinem Hinweis weder bei unserer frühen Buchung noch vor Anreise erwähnt, was jedoch verpflichtend gewesen wäre. Lediglich die bereits entrichteten Kosten für die beabsichtigte TG-Nutzung wurden uns kurz vor der Anreise erstattet mit dem Hinweis, dass die TG noch nicht fertig geworden sei... Es wird noch Monate bis zu deren Fertigstellung dauern! Auf der anderen Seite des Objekts befindet sich ein Kindergarten, in welchem es naturgemäß wochentags früh zur Sache geht. Die FeWo selbst ist nett eingerichtet - wie auf den Fotos erkennbar. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung ließ zu wünschen übrig (z.B. Spüle schmutzig ebenso die Spülmaschine, Kaffeemaschine enthielt noch die benutzte + gefüllte Filtertüte von irgendwann, der Fußboden besond. im Wohnraum unsauber). Im Wohnraum liegen zwei gelbliche Teppiche /Läufer, die aufgrund des Materials eine erhebliche Unfallquelle durch leichtes Rutschen darstellen. Nachdem wir mehrfach auf beiden ausgerutscht waren, haben wir diese zusammengerollt und auf Seite gelegt. Weshalb die Lampe reichlich neben statt über dem Esstisch und damit im Laufweg hängt, darüber kann man trefflich spekulieren... Wenn man den Tisch entsprechend verrücken würde, käme man nicht mehr an der Sitzgruppe vorbei. Letzter erwähnenswerter Kritikpunkt ist, dass die Schlafzimmer nicht abgedunkelt werden können - aber ausschlafen war sowieso nicht möglich --> s.o.! Dank unserer vielfältigen Unternehmungen haben wir das Beste aus unserem Aufenthalt dort gemacht - den hätten wir uns allerdings etwas anders gewünscht.

Vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Sehr viele Gäste haben die Wohnung gelobt und Ihren Urlaub bei uns genossen. Zu den Hinweisen im Detail: Die Baustelle befindet sich in der selben Straße, allerdings nicht direkt neben unserem Ostsee Domizil Sandburg. Die Tiefgarage wurde Ende April 2019 in Betrieb genommen, das Parkproblem hat sich daher seither erledigt. Danke für die Hinweise zu den Teppichen, hier werden wir Untermatten besorgen, die dafür sorgen, dass die Teppiche nicht mehr verrutschen können. Die Lampe hängt selbstverständlich über dem Esstisch, eventuell wurde der Tisch von den Vormietern verschoben und nicht mehr zurückgestellt. Sauberkeit ist uns natürlich ebenfalls sehr wichtig, daher ist z.B. auch der Blick in den Kaffeefilter ein Arbeitsschritt, der explizit mit der Reinigungsfirma abgesprochen ist und von unseren Mitarbeiterinnen vor Ort kontrolliert wird. Dies hat in diesem Fall wohl leider nicht funktioniert. An den Schlafzimmerfenstern sind Plissees angebracht, die abdunkeln, allerdings die Zimmer nicht komplett verdunkeln. Schade, dass es Gäste gibt, die sich über Kinder beschweren....
