This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the both the contractor & builder for the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

Why they chose this property

This brand new property is a part of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself. While there are 5 total units on this property all available for rent, this one in particular happens to be our largest and features the most square footage.
