Summary:
The George 203 is one of five high end condos at The George and Evelyn on 8th. 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths. We will consider 1 non-shedding dog under 25 pounds, must get host approval first. This condo has a park / street view in the rear of the building and can accommodate up to 4 people puts you right in the middle of Downtown Holland with 13 restaurants within 2 blocks and wonderful boutique stores. Max Occupancy 4.

The Space:
Enjoy a beautiful and spacious living area that features a full kitchen, dining table for 6,1/2 bath, laundry room, and balcony on the main living floor. When you navigate upstairs you will find a living area with a pullout sofa sleeper, TV, and a bar with a wine fridge, ice bucket, and cocktail glasses. Pour yourself a drink as you enjoy the view from the private upstairs deck and get a view of Windmill Island.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full access to anything within the condo, including both outdoor patios. Please note, the 2 story condo is located on the 2nd floor and guests must be able to carry luggage up stairs to access condo.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the heart of downtown Holland, leaving you just a short walk away from anywhere downtown. Take in the beautiful scenery, savory restaurants, and numerous places to shop while not having to get in your car.

Getting Around:
No car needed, 1 reserved designated parking space. If you are looking to explore outside of downtown, you are just a short drive away from several parks, beaches, and hiking areas.

Other Things to Note:
It is located on the 2nd & 3rd floors of the building. No elevator, must be able to climb flight of stairs with luggage.

This property happens to be shared by two cousins, Matt and Amy, to go along with their two spouses. Their shared grandparents, George and Evelyn, are the inspiration behind the names of the property. In 2020, the two came together and began the journey of completely rebuilding the property and turning them into something unique and special that we'd be able to share with others who are visiting our hometown. Amy's husband, Chris, was the backbone of the whole buildout and spent extra time on each detail ensuring that these units were of the highest quality.

Why they chose this property

This brand new property is apart of one of the most unique properties in Holland. The convenience of being located right on 8th St. and having a couple of patios that overlook 7th St, combined with the luxurious feeling accompanied with the unit is something that hasn't been seen in this area before. Whether you are wanting to walk around downtown or make a short drive to the beach, this is the perfect spot to treat yourself.
