This is an amazing location and price!!!

We had a great time here. We were in walking distance of the beach and all kinds of shopping and places to have a great meal and great time. The beds were so comfortable had a great night's sleep. The host was amazing thanks Kim!! Would highly recommend this place. It was amazing price for the location for sure.

Host (Kim) was amazing. Any issues that I brought to her attention were addressed immediately.

The location was amazing and right next to a park which made walking my pet enjoyable. Couch/sofa needs to be replaced but the master bed was so comfortable!

The property is very dated and rundown. The steps getting into the front door were cinder blocks. Difficult to maneuver if you have a disability. Smelled very musty as soon as you walked in and that didn't change even after turning on the air purifier. The living room furniture was not comfortable at all and the only tv in the place was in the living room. Neither bath room have shelves to hold soaps or shampoos. You have to put your things on the floor of the shower. Definitely overpriced for what you get. Do your research!

Do not stay here! Unsafe, dilapidated , roaches. Doors do not close or lock properly. Filthy back yard , weeds, tools, junk. Cinder blocks as steps. Creepy neighbor sitting at edge of driveway watching the house. Cookware/ glasses filthy. I have no idea how this has good reviews!!!!!! Nothing near romantic. We left after second night of 4 night stay

Needed finishing on repairs

The property photo on VRBO site was very wrong. The step in front of door was just a block. that was very unstable to get in or out. The kitchen was not finished. overall the place is a mess. I've paid the same amount for much better place. OH there wasn't instructions for the schedule for trash pick up or recycle. No info on emergency services. VRBO should go see this place soon before someone else rents.

Grandparents Getaway

This is not a high rise condo on the beach, it's a family home that has been divided into two (upstairs and downstairs) in a residential neighborhood that is steps from the beach and a five minute walk to "The Ice Cream Store" as my granddaughter called Treats on the Beach on Flagler Avenue. If you turn left when you come out the front door you're a two minute walk to a neighborhood playground with well maintained equipment, tennis & basketball courts and public toilets. We took our granddaughter almost every day and each time we made new local friends who had lived in the neighborhood for decades. Turn right when you come out the front door and you're two minutes walk to a public crosswalk to the beach. Beside the walk is a protected area for gopher turtles and most days we had the pleasure of seeing a rather large one laying outside it's nest enjoying the sunshine. We had a minor issue when we first arrived that was immediately solved by Kim, the owner, who continued to communicate with us throughout our stay. She couldn't have been more attentive and made sure we were not in need of anything. Many thanks for a wonderful visit in the best location we've stayed in NSB!
