Hockey Tournament

Property was perfect, plenty of room for everyone to move around and interior decor was very rustic. We lived it would definitely recommend anyone to rent it as well as come back again.

Comfortable and convenient

This property was pristine and comfortable. It was well appointed with typical Adirondack furnishings that gave it a cozy vibe. The property is well located less than 5 minutes from the center of Lake Placid. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay

This is such a cute house. With lots of room. Stairs were a little concern with the baby (10 months and crawling) but we made it work! We really enjoyed this home and the area of where it was located! Will be renting again next time we come up! My friends from South Africa also loved the home and area!

4 days of rain

So spent a bit more time in unit than we hoped as we were on a ski trip at White Face and it never stopped raining. Unit was actually much nicer than I was expecting, pictures actually don't do it justice. Foosball was great with us being inside more than we wanted.

Whiteface getaway

Second time staying here. Very nice with rustic decor. Kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pans, etc. though some items have seen better days. New self-sharpening knife block is fantastic! Fireplace works very well and really heats the place up. Roomy and comfortable. We also love the foosball table. Convenient to downtown and not too far from whiteface. Great parking. There were a couple of items lacking and a couple of significant things broken of which we notified the owners. Because they were not addressed during our stay, the rating was less than 5 star overall. Very nice place and you won’t be disappointed.

Lake Placid Winter Bliss

Our recent stay at Mountain Bliss in Lake Placid Village was nothing short of fantastic! This townhome was the perfect retreat for our family of seven. The space was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate larger groups.One of the standout features was its location—just a short drive to Main Street, making it incredibly convenient to access restaurants, shops, and local attractions not to mention the olympics center. Despite its proximity to the action, the property was nestled in a quiet and peaceful setting, providing the perfect balance of accessibility and tranquility.The home itself had all the amenities we could have asked for, from a well-equipped kitchen to spacious living areas where we could relax together after a day of exploring. The hassle-free check-in and check-out process made our stay even more enjoyable, leaving us to focus on making memories instead of logistics.Overall, Mountain Bliss truly lived up to its name. We wouldn't hesitate to return for another visit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing getaway in Lake Placid!

Wonderful house

The person living next door was not very polite. He complained that we had parked in too many spots out front and we quickly mobilized to move the cars (this could have been spelled out in the check-in information but was not) and he then added a snide comment after we immediately agreed to move the cars 20 ft. Aside from that odd interaction the house was as advertised and good for our group. I would ask that the host provide more towels for the bathroom or indicate that for parties larger than 3 people it would be advised to bring your own towels. We used the washer and dryer to make do.

Beautiful Adirondack Home!

This property was perfect for our family of five. Plenty of space to be together or to do things independently, well-stocked kitchen, lovely furnishings, and close to town, skiing and hiking. The owners were terrific - so responsive. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Better than pictures

More spacious than the picture indicate. Great location for Village of Lake Placid and nearby XC skiing. Fireplace worked great. Thermostats in every room. Actually has 4 bathrooms. 2 full baths + 2 half baths. Kitchen stocked with plenty of plates, glasses, etc. Be aware that the stairs are solid wood and resonate noise and vibration throughout the condo and the adjacent unit, so walk quietly or you risk disturb the neighbors.

Wonderful stay in Lake Placid

Beautiful townhouse, just outside of town, but still central to everything. 3 floors let our family spread out a bit, but then the kitchen & main eating area was really great to let everyone come back together for meals. Really wonderful Adirondack feel , with all the conveniences as well. We went in late fall, but will be back again to stay during warmer months!
