Welcome to Oyster Bay Getaway #1! This updated large 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhome is fantastically located between everything Downtown Rehoboth or Dewey Beach has to offer just a short walk or bike ride away. Hardwood floors throughout main living area, an open floor plan allowing plenty of space for entertaining, new stainless appliances, laundry room, and renovated bathrooms. Start planning your beach day while relaxing in the 3 seasons screened in porch or by the community pool.

You won’t beat this centrally located 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bath, with full kitchen and open floor plan. Smart TVs in all rooms, and plenty of upgrades for an enjoyable stay whether you’re stuck inside or just stopping in between enjoying the beach, local restaurants, or the other amenities the beaches have to offer.

Master suite has king sized bed, 55” TV, full bathroom with walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet. Plenty of room for an air mattress or two in this oversized bedroom.

2 additional rooms upstairs, one with a twin day bed + trundle bed, and another with an on-suite bathroom and queen sized bed.

Downstairs is another bedroom featuring a queen sized bed, and a half-bathroom adjacent.

Large living room with 65” TV and plenty of seating and floorspace. 4 barstools at the counter and plenty of space at the kitchen table make this open kitchen/living space perfect for entertaining and family getaways.

Getting around

Off-street parking in front of the unit (2 designated spaces and guest parking). Walk, bike, scoot, uber, or drive to dowtown Rehoboth or Gordons pond state park without ever fighting Rt 1 traffic!

2 designated parking spots and plenty of guest spots. + Linens and beach towels included.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please see the checkout instructions in our welcome book which you’ll receive in the app and a hard copy provided at the property.
Pool card and any parking passes must be returned to avoid extra fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No grills or bbq equipment used behind the house. It may be used in front with ample space to the home.
No parties or excessive noise. Noise that can be heard from outside or other units from 9pm-8am may result in local fines and immediate eviction.
