It's beach time!
Your whole family will make lasting memories of relaxing days at the beach.
Have fun splashing in our community swimming pool, which is open Memorial Day weekend until mid-Sept., weather permitting.
Located in the quiet Oyster Bay community, this two-story 1800 sq ft. townhouse sleeps up to 9 people in beds, with 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. There's lots of room for everyone, including a dining table that seats 8 and seating for 3 at the counter. Relax on the rear screened porch and catch the breeze.

Located 1 mile from the ocean as the crow flies or 1.7 miles driving on the roads, you'll be about a 5 minute drive away from either Rehoboth or Dewey Beach. You can walk to one of Rehoboth’s most popular restaurants, Big Fish Grill.
Also included in the summer is a parking pass for Dewey Beach, which allows you to park for free in most places in Dewey, with its less crowded beaches and great nightlife.

Linens are included, and we have soft 400 thread count all-cotton sheets, and plush towels. The beds will be made up for you when you arrive. (We don't supply beach towels, you'll need to bring those.)

Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out is by 10:00 am.
We welcome 1 or 2 dogs with a pet fee of $150 total for the entire stay. No cats or other animals, please. We have a large dog crate set up in the master walk-in closet for your use, if you'd like. We also supply a pet blanket for covering the bed if your pup sleeps with you.


DETAILED DESCRIPTION:

- The kitchen, dining area, and living room (with a 65 inch Roku TV) are on the first floor. The dining table seats 8, with seating for 3 at the granite kitchen counter. Off the living room, there is a screened porch with comfortable chairs and a drying rack for your beach towels and bathing suits. The laundry room has a washer, dryer, ironing board and iron, beach chairs and beach umbrellas, and some beach and pool accessories.

- On the first floor is Bedroom #1 with a King bed and a 50 inch Roku TV. There's a powder room across the hall, although someone staying in this bedroom will need to go upstairs for a shower or bath.

- On the second floor, Bedroom #2 has a Queen and a Twin bed, and a 50 inch Roku TV. It has a “Jack and Jill” full bathroom with tub/shower that also opens to the hall. If you keep the hall door locked, the bathroom will function as a private bath.

- Bedroom #3 is a smaller room with two Twin beds, and a 50 inch Roku TV.
Off the hall, there is an additional bathroom with a tiled shower.

- Bedroom #4 is the main bedroom, with a King bed, 50 inch Roku TV, desk and chair, walk in closet, mini blinds plus room-darkening window shades, and a private bathroom with a double vanity and a shower.

There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms, the living room, and the screened patio.

Parking - there are 2 designated parking spaces right in front of your home, with unmarked overflow parking available for additional vehicles on a first come, first served basis.

All of the Roku TVs are STREAMING ONLY. Watch the free content or put in your own passwords for your subscribed channels.
Fast Comcast Xfinity internet is provided, but cannot be guaranteed if there is a provider outage or equipment failure.

For security purposes, there is a Ring video doorbell on the front door, which records video 24 hr/day. We require that you agree to and sign our house rules in order to book.
Check in time is after 4:00 pm, Check out is by 10:00 am.

Our check out instructions for guests, please:

- Hang the pool and parking passes back on the fridge.
- Place dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start it.
- Take out the trash to the nearby dumpster.
That's it, our cleaners will do the rest. We really appreciate you helping with these few tasks.

When looking at your fees for a booking, the "Host Fee" is the total fee for cleaning and linens, and also includes the pet fee if you've clicked the box for pets.
We do not refund for inclement weather, unless the government issues a mandatory evacuation order.

For your visit, we supply:
Toilet paper, paper towels, liquid hand soap at all sinks, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, one new dishwashing sponge, spray oil, salt & pepper and a few other spices, trash bags, some cleaning supplies such as Simple Green, coffee filters, plastic wrap, ziploc baggies, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
There are blow dryers in all 4 bathrooms, and a first aid kit in the master bath top cabinet. 2 of the upstairs bathrooms have step stools for your little ones to reach the sink.

Please bring your own:
Shampoo, conditioner, personal soap for showers, sugar, creamer and coffee (for a 12 cup regular machine), aluminum foil if needed, and beach towels.
