Anchored at the Cape is the perfect spot for your next vacation!! This recently renovated 3BR/3.5BA unit in Barrier Dunes has everything you need to enjoy our beautiful area. Visit the beach, fish in one of our 3 ponds (no license required) or explore all of the natural elements of our area by kayak or boat!

Along with the amenities below the unit comes with up to 1G WiFi, mesh WiFi 6 router, new appliances and an outdoor 240 volt NEMA 14-50 outlet for EV charging. A maximum of one dog is allowed.

Anchor on the Cape is amazing!

As advertized and then some! Great accomodations and great location within Barrier Dunes! Truly enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Amazing stay

My sister and I took my grand baby to the beach. This was my first time at Cape San Blas. Stephanie was wonderful to us and the house was perfect !!! We will be back!!

Great family vacation home

Everything was so nice! Loved the beach decor. Short walk to the beach! Had all the necessities we needed. Property manager was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely return!

Fabulously appointed property

We really enjoyed our stay here. I'm shocked at how well the property is appointed with decorations and essentials that make the property feel like home. It is not some sparsely appointment income only property. Very nice. Very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

Even better than expected

We were very impressed with the quality of the unit. The kitchen in particular had very nice countertops and new appliances. It was also stocked with all we needed for meal prep. The outdoor enclosed shower was nice to get all the sand off. My kids loved the provided boogie boards and pickleball equipment. Also, the AC units seemed new and had no trouble keeping the condo cool. The location within the community was great. We were in between both pools and no more than a 2 minute stroll to the beach. When I had questions, the property manager was very responsive. I don’t think I waited more than a couple minutes for any answer. She helped us know where to go for some late night groceries (ran out of coffee!!) and connected us with a rental company to get a beach tent. My only complaint (and it’s a stretch to call it a complaint) is that the cart to carry our stuff to the beach was not in great shape (but I’m grateful there was a cart!). The front wheels were difficult to maneuver so I often had to raise it on the back wheels only to push/pull. It may be time for an upgrade.

Great escape

We will rent through them again. Everything was great with the exception of the Wi-Fi not working half the time and the living room cable not working. This really worked out for the best as the kids weren’t able to play video games and on their phones so we broke out the games and spent more time outside. This was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time.
