Our base rate is for 15 people. Our max at the property is 20 people. For people #16 to#20 there is an extra guests fee of 35.00 per person per day. This includes people visiting. If they come to visit they have to be on your guest list and paid for and your guest list can not exceed 20 people.


This beautiful home will make you want to spend all your time at the pool. The in ground pool oasis has plenty of seating and an outdoor kitchen with a built in grilling area for your bbq extravaganza. The inside kitchen is just steps away so that you can bring the inside outside. The home has a comfortable feeling with leather couches and high ceilings. You can watch the game from the living room and still socialize with your friends in this open concept main floor. The bedrooms are large and comfortable with TVs and comfortable beds.
Pool open May to Oct 2025 for swimming ( weather permitting)
We do have cameras on the entire property. We do not have any cameras inside the home.
The pool is not a Community Pool and is only for the guest staying at the home and listed on the guests list. The garage has been converted to a complete game room. It has a pool table, ping pong table, and a 2 person basketball goal. Once you arrive at this property, you and your kids will not want to leave!! There is no smoking allowed anywhere on property.
No vapeing, marijuana, no cigarettes, no cigars.
We do have cameras on the entire property to make sure our rules and # of guests are followed.

We stayed here for a family wedding nearby. It was a great place for all of us to stay at. The kids really enjoyed the rec area as well. Plenty of beds and bathrooms and it was very beautifully decorated.

Large place accommodated 15 of us spent most of time outside by pool. Place is a newer purchase and with a little work would be beautiful, owners had told us it was a work in progress. Enjoyed our stay.

Nice Spacious Home

I want to start off with saying, Daniel was great! The communication was excellent. We traveled with a lot of smaller kids age ranging from 1-12 the home was big enough to accommodate us all COMFORTABLY! The location of the home is definitely a plus. After using our gps to get there we didn’t need it anymore to find the home. If you are looking for a home away from home, you should book this property! I loved it, my guest loved it, & the kids LOVED it!

Great for Large Families

Owner was very accommodating. House was above and beyond our expectations. Kitchen very well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. kitchen upstairs and downstairs. Plenty of beds, very clean, living room area can accommodate many for watching TV both upstairs and downstairs plenty of fun outside including pool, ping pong, pool table, air hockey and horseshoes. Extra chairs available. Nice outdoor sitting area upstairs. Overall great experience.

Roomy and Quiet!

We joined up with my sister and her family for the weekend and combined we had 4 adults and 14 kids ages 2-15. We had a great time here! Plenty of beds and rooms. They are in the middle of the reno but that didn't hinder us at all. Daniel was super accommodating and even showed up late the first night when we needed something. We rent pretty commonly throughout the year and you won't find a better communicator than him! Pool area is nice and the separately fenced back yard area is a huge bonus, especially with small kids. We would stay again! Thanks Daniel for being so accomodating!

Amazing PLACE - Amazing HOST!

The house and the host are both top notch. Our experience could not have been better. Everything was super easy, from booking to check out! The house had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large with plenty of comfortable beds. The master bedroom is huge! The kids loved the gameroom. My husband loved the outdoor grilling area around the pool. I loved the nice kitchen with granite counter tops! We all loved the privacy. No houses are on either side or behind you. It is conveniently close to Arbor Place Mall and only 1 mile from Clinton Park. We loved their nature trails. Thanks again for making our stay the best!!

Pool

The pool was enjoyed by all! The owners were very responsive to our requests and made sure the kitchen equipment was available that we needed. We were a large family of 10 adults and 4 children, and we all had a bed. Some were more comfortable than others. There was only one pillow per person, so bring extra. They say they are doing renovations, so that could be why some of the tile around the pool is in disrepair. The kids enjoyed playing on the wooden ship, but they should be supervised as they are still repairing it. The home is in a nice, quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!!

Our family of 11 (6 adults, 5 grandchildren) from Arkansas rented this VRBO for our family gathering.. The house was perfect!! It started and ended with great communication from Daniel (the owner). The house was just as described. There were beds everywhere! Mattresses were new and comfortable! Every room has TVs with Roku. It was winter time, so we were unable to use the beautiful Oasis pool. The backyard and location of this house is secluded for maximum privacy! We will be back in the summer when we visit Atlanta and Six Flags. The gameroom is a big hit for the grandkids.. It has a pool table, ping pong table, foose ball table, and 2 person basketball hoop. Nobody ever got bored! There is a park (Clinton Park) 1 mile away.with a playground and hiking trails. No reason to leave the property with all the activities offered! We ate our meals as a family in the large eating area and kitchen featuring granite counter tops. It is only a 5 minute ride to Villa Rica grocery store, or a 6 minute drive to Arbor Place Mall (Regal Cinema and restaurants). We did the Atlanta City Pass and drove the easy 25 minute drive to Atlanta to see the College Football Hall of Fame and the World of Coke. Both were excellent attractions! We look forward to using the outside amenities (grilling out and corn hole games beside the pool) when we return in the summer! This VRBO house was the best experience ever for my family and we have stayed in a lot of them. The owner tells me he is a premier host with several other properties. It is obvious that they are the “Chick Fil A” of the VRBO industry. Great experience from start to finish!
