5 bedroom / 4 full bathrooms with 16x32 pool.

OUR BASE RATE IS FOR 12 PEOPLE - MAXIMUM OF 16 if paid for. Guests count as people - and must be on the reservation list. Never shall there be more than 16 people on the property.

Your own PRIVATE POOL with massive deck that connects pool to the house. You can watch the kids swim from the kitchen window while you are preparing dinner.
Huge front yard to play in.

Absolutely no parties, reunions, celebrations, or events that have more than 16 people. We live next door. We have cameras on the outside of the property. No cameras are on the inside.

10 minute drive to Six Flags and 20 minutes from Downtown Atlanta, 22 miles to Atlanta Airport

Large 5 bedroom 4 full baths. The home is minutes from Atlanta. New stainless steel appliances, new floors, new paint, This home will make you and your family feel comfortable after a long day. The kitchen is large enough to cook breakfast before heading out to Six Flags or the many things to see and do around Atlanta. . We are only a few miles from interstate 20 (you can be in downtown Atlanta in 20 minutes)

This house is on 5 acres!. Huge front yard for kids to play soccer, throw the football, play wiffle ball. or just enjoy the outdoors.


We are close to the malls, airport, wedding venues, Atlanta, and grocery stores. This house is great for short weekend getaways and longer summer vacations. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask. We try to accommodate ALL REQUESTS within reason. WE DO NOT ALLOW PARTIES, OR SMOKING.
We allow pets with approval. They must be approved before you check in.

Great stay

The property was extremely clean. Owners were always quick to respond and very easy to work with. Our children loved the pool and entire house. Turned out to be a wonderful vacation in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood.

Exactly what we needed!

This house was exactly what we needed! It was clean, comfy and it allowed us an opportunity to “social distance” with great perks! The pool was amazing and the deck very spacious for fun family games. I highly recommend this house for families!

Youth Trip Success

We really enjoyed our stay it was comfortable, the youth loved the pool. We explored the community, went to the park and other places in the area. It was a really good time and a great learning experience for our group. Daniel was a very good host and responded quickly to any inquiries.

Perfect for the Chat Hills Show Venue

This roomy house was great for a group of equestrians showing at the Chatahoochie Hills horse show venue. It was very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens/towels, great owner, plenty of privacy and well-maintained. Unfortunately too cold for us to use the pool (in mid-Oct)!

Overall things were great! This is my first VRBO experience. Having to give details as far as age and tag numbers was different and involved. I understood the reason why. There were enough rooms and bathrooms for all that stayed. The air conditioning was a plus that worked really well! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The property itself is beautiful, and the location is excellent. The home has so much potential, but it definitely needs more attention to cleaning and upkeep. It seemed that the cleaning crew didn’t do a thorough job on the floors, toilets, countertops, or other high-touch areas.Everything felt sticky, and we had to wipe down the toilets before using them. Within an hour of walking around, everyone’s feet and socks were dark from the floors, which appeared to have not been cleaned in quite a while. We also came across blunt wraps and half-smoked cigars in one of the closets, which suggested the space hadn’t been fully inspected before our stay.The plumbing could also use some work — several of the toilets required multiple flushes to clear properly. The pool was very dirty and green with algae, making it unusable. That’s understandable since it’s past swimming season, but it would still be nice if the pool and deck were kept clean for appearance and maintenance purposes.That said, the property itself is large and great for a big group, and the outdoor space was very nice. Just a heads-up: there’s a 100 pool fee that was charged on our stay even though the pool wasn’t usable for the season, but the hosts did reimburse it quickly.The hosts were responsive and easy to reach, which we appreciated. Overall, the home could be amazing with a deep clean and repairs. We understand some wear and tear comes with time, but the cleanliness was the biggest issue during our

This was the message she sent me BEFORE I said no when she asked for the cleaning fee to be waived--- Once I said no because there is a whole lot more than what she complained about. 11 beds are made, 4 bathrooms are cleaned, 16 towels are washed and put out. Kitchen is cleaned, house is mopped, grass cut, etc..... "I also want to reassure you. I will absolutely not leave a bad review, I would just be upset if the cleaning people I pay for one of my own rentals properties didn’t do what they’re paid to do" My cleaning crew is excellent and I am a premier host with multiple properties. Floors are mopped before every visit. If something was missed, I have shared it with them. Nothing else in this review gets my attention. The pool fee was refunded within minutes ... It was an oversight, THE POOL IS CLOSED this time of year and I told her I am waiting for a new liner to be installed for next season. Its the fall, house is on acreage with plenty of trees, leaves are falling by the second! The deck has patio furniture and aside from falling leaves, is not cluttered or dirty. If something was in a closet, I apologize, (Large house 5 bedrooms, 4 baths- if that is all that is that is found after the "home inspection" I received, I will take that as a win. Deep clean and general upkeep and complain about the cleaning crew, is the "go to review" when money is not refunded . She did say I was a responsive host, which I am, but come on...... Enjoy your stay

Short Mini Vacation to Six Flags with Grand Kids

We rented the property to take the kids to Six Flag of Ga and because of the pool and the amount of people that was suppose to participate(11). We only had 8 and 4 of them was kids. Didn't matter we had an awesome time. The children loved the pool and the owners supplied a charcoal grill for us that my son was not familiar with but worked it out and food was delicious. The place did not look like much when I pulled up because I was disappointed that the grass was not cut. We planned to play football lol. Inside we were not disappointed as it was nice and clean. Plenty of room for everyone to have their own beds and bathrooms. (5 bedrooms with 4 full bathrooms) The kitchen was great we only cooked breakfast. we appreciated the extra chairs that was provided for seating at the table with 4 chairs. We attended Six Flags which was only 12 miles away and went to Atlanta Zoo which was not far, maybe a 20 minute drive. The place is a older home that has been renovated for visitors to rent out. The renters have a lot of rules that did not bother us because we know how to respect other people property. If you have a family that don't like to follow rules, I advise you NOT to stay here. We enjoyed the stay and will stay again if we need the space.

Nice quiet spot off the busy areas. Have everything you need to provide for a large group of people. Communication was thorough and quick in response. Don't let the rules scare you away, this is a great spot to relax by the pool and hang out.

Convenient family fun

My stay was everything I needed for this Father’s Day weekend. My host was accessible and great at communicating. There was ample space and bathrooms. Each room had a smart tv that made it easy for family entertainment. I was satisfied with pricing, location, and value. I will definitely look into other properties owned by this host.

Graduation Stay

Traveling from home because you are graduating and don’t know what to expect is very hard for me. During conversation we were having I was nervous but in the end it was a wonderful experience. We had more then enough towels and the kitchen was stocked (even though we didn’t use it. The home really felt like I was home. We would stay again when we come back if available.

Thank you so much for being open minded and leaving us the nice review. I understand that when we request a guest list, cars list, picture of your driver license, and only allow the people you pay for (staying and visiting) ... They all count. This makes some people nervous, mad, and has earned me some bad reviews that me or my house did not deserve. Anyone can read them, one rule breaker called my 5bedroom / 4 bath a trailer. The most recent rule breaker, left me a 2 star review and the only thing she noted wrong with the house was a loose toilet seat. I did keep her deposit for throwing a party that is clearly not allowed. I say all this, because I hate that my rules and requirements make some people apprehensive. The good guests have nothing to worry about. I am a gracious host that treats my guests great. I try to make everyones stay a pleasant one. But when I get a bad guest who blatantly, breaks rules that have been agreed to 3 times and signed off on... I have no problem keeping their deposit and enforcing my rules. You guys were the best!
