First Floor

Living Room: Plunge into plush couches after an active day outside and stretch your legs on the built-in leg rests. Enjoy a movie on a 55” Smart TV with Chromecast, YouTube, Netflix, Amazon Prime and other Internet streaming services. Enjoy the warm glow and inviting atmosphere of the gas fireplace.

Family Room: Have a conversation and compete in board games in the separate family room with two couches, coffee table and armchair.

Dining Room: Enjoy dinner while gathering at a large table in a separate dining room.

Kitchen: Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, 4-slice toaster, Keurig coffee maker with K-cups coffee pods and carafe. Coffee and tea are provided. The kitchen has a 4-seat table in the dining area.

Summer amenities:
The house is a 5-minute walk to the community heated pool. Arrowhead Lake is a beautifully maintained gated community with 3 heated outdoor pools, 2 lakes, 4 beaches with playgrounds, boat rental, fishing, tennis courts, basketball courts and kids activities, all within a 5 minute drive from the house.

Arrowhead Lake Community has various amenities that are available for use for all seasons. Arrowhead Lake and North Arrowhead Lake take center stage for outdoor recreation and can be used for boating, fishing and swimming.

Beaches
There are 4 sand beaches including roped off swimming areas. All beaches have ADA-compliant restrooms, picnic tables, charcoal barbeque stands and playgrounds.

Pools
ALCA operates 3 outdoor heated pools that are open seasonally (open weekends and holidays only until June 17, every day after) weather dependent. Choctaw Pool features racing/lap swim lanes and a children's pool. Minisink Pool features a diving board, children's pool and handicap pool lift. Island Pool is a zero-entry (handicap accessible) pool with an aquatic wheelchair available for use. Shaped like an arrow, the Island Pool features a children's wading pool and fountain.

Sports Facilities
Outdoor basketball, sand volleyball, and tennis/pickleball courts. Horseshoe, bocce ball and shuffleboard are also available.

Recreation
Paddle boards, kayaks, canoes and other recreational equipment like bocce balls, horseshoes, and tennis rackets can be rented.

Boat Launches & Docks are available at all beaches and Island Complex. All state fishing and boating regulations must be followed. Gasoline-powered boats prohibited.

Fishing
Arrowhead Lake & North Arrowhead Lake contain numerous fish species including bass, crappie, sunfish, perch, trout, walleye and pickerel.

Family Game Room
Air hockey, pool tables, ping pong, board games, television and vending machines. Kitchen area, study and lounge areas.

FEES
Arrowhead charges MANDATORY TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEES that must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival. Upon arrival, guests are required to stop at the Arrowhead Visitor Center to verify their vehicle, pick up entry passes, and receive wristbands for all amenities of the community.

TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEES:

$8.50 per night per person 6 years and older (In-Season: Memorial Day - Labor Day)
or
if staying 5 nights or more, $42.50 per 5-7 nights per person 6 years and older
or
$2 per night per person 6 years and older (Off -Season)



$20 per vehicle
$20 administration fee

FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE:

1. The host sends the guest a link to a form where the guest specifies the number of people 6 years and older, number of vehicles, their make and model and license plate.
2. The host sends the payment request via Vrbo with the total amount of the fee to the guest.
3. The guest makes the payment via Vrbo.

Temporary Membership grants access to all community facilities and events, as well as access to pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, basketball and tennis courts, to community lodge, library, fitness room, game rooms and banquet hall.

Note: Pools are open starting Memorial Day weekend, until Labor Day.
TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE IS REQUIRED WHETHER AMENITIES/FACILITIES ARE OPEN/USED OR NOT.
Renters will be denied access to the Community if registration and payment is not received prior to arrival. Once you confirm your booking, you will be emailed the directions on how to pay the community fees on line in advance.
