The space
Beautiful views of the lake abound in our gorgeous 3-story 3991 sqft chalet with 5 bedrooms (one with a dedicated workspace), 4 bathrooms, a cozy loft, and a basement with a pool table and arcade gaming area! Fully-equipped kitchen with a grand island and lovely 12-seat dining table. Two fireplaces keep you warm, toasty and create the perfect ambiance. Settle down for an awesome movie night with a 65" large-screen TVs with crisp soundbar systems to keep everyone entertained for hours on end! Sit back and relax to create the perfect atmosphere by telling Google Nest Hub Max or Google Nest speakers to change the color of the lights, turn on the music, or tell you a great bed time story. Plenty of room to space out and lots of great spaces to gather.

Head outdoors to roast some marshmallows around our fire pit, barbeque on the grill, relax in our 5 seat hot tub, or enjoy the tranquility of watching the lake while having breakfast from our deck. Our home sits on over an acre of land for you to enjoy the privacy of your vacation while being only steps away from waving to your neighbors on a morning stroll.

• Minimum 2-night, 3 day stay required,

• Check-in is at 3 -10 p.m. | Check-out is at 10:00 a.m.

• Cancellations within 7 days of scheduled arrival date are non-refundable, no exceptions.

• This is a private-gated community. ALL guests must be registered in advance. No changes or revisions to the guest list can be made within 72 hours of scheduled arrival date without a $100 late reservation fee.

• A maximum of 12 guests (including adults and children) and 7 vehicles are allowed.

• The cost of six (6) guests and one vehicle are included with the reservation. Arrowhead Lake Community Association requires a $8.50/day fee for each additional guest over the age of 6 and $20/each for additional vehicles that will be charged right before check-in. This enables Arrowhead Lake Community to provide the incredible amenities to our guests including the 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 pools, playgrounds, basketball courts, tennis courts, lodge, fitness center, community center, game room, and all the wonderful features of our gated community.

• Reservation holders must be 25 years or older and be there for the duration of the stay.

• Pets are not permitted.

• Smoking in our home is not permitted.

• Please respect our home and our neighbors. Quiet hours must be observed. No parties, events or excessive noise permitted.

• All guests must abide by Arrowhead Lake Community Association Policies and Regulations.
