Get away from your routine at this tranquil cabin that has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 spacious living room areas with TVs in each with Dish service, wood burning fireplace on the first floor and a library with books and board games on the second. Kick back and enjoy a cold beverage on a huge patio on the 3d floor with the 180 degree view of Table Rock lake and surrounding forest area.
You won’t be missing big city with a play room with pool table, air hockey and darts. Pet fee is $100, and additional guests after 8 is$40 per stay, up to 12 guests

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please start a load of towels if possible. Wash all the dishes Collect all trash and put it in dumpsters by the road. Please do not litter on property and on the path to the lake/near lakeside.
Make sure oven and gas grill are off and all ceiling fans and light around the house are off. If anything was moved around the house please move it back to the original spot. Lock the house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The view

This is such a beautiful property thats high in the hills. The pictures do no justice to the actual property. It was way better. The beds are so comfortable and the view from the third floor was my favorite part. I am definitely coming back!

Wonderful Cabin!

The cabin was great. Pretty much in the middle of woods with a 30 minute drive time to Eureka Springs. Our friends wished we had more time to relax at the cabin but it seemed to be a quick weekend that we tried to do many things. It was decorated very cute and about anything one needed was available. Super weekend in a fun nice cabin!

The house was very clean and accommodating. The deck view was simply amazing. As we were two couples, each had our own space with two separate living areas. Plenty of sleeping area but limited to 2 bathrooms so it might be cramped if all beds were filled. Overall we were pleased with the stay despite a couple of mechanical hiccups but the host was quick to respond and offer assistance. I had not visited the area before and did not realize how remote the house was from most shops and villages, expect a 15-20 minute drive to anything more than a gas station.

Amazing stay

This property was everything and more. Plenty of space for 6 grown women to spend a much needed girls weekend. The communiction with the host was fast and efficient. We had one slight problem upon arriving; the upstairs AC was not working. But I still give this property 5 stars because they had it fixed immediatley. Already planning a trip back.

Great cabin with an awesome view

We decided to get away for the new year. This cabin is amazing. Everything you could want in a lake side cabin. The view from the third story observation deck is breathtaking. Cabin is completely furnished with all the amenities you could possibly need, including a hot tub. Will definitely recommend to anyone and will definitely try to stay here again in the summertime.

The cabin was really well stocked in the kitchen, with everything you would need to prepare your meals. The only thing I wish it would have had is a regular sized broom to sweep up after meals. The beds were comfy, but a little weird without headboards and being away from the wall- especially for taller guests. The hot tub was fantastic, and the hike to the lake was fun. We had a fun day hanging out in the game room and enjoyed a few rounds of hide and seek in the house. We were a little disappointed we didn’t get to use the balcony because a family of VERY aggressive wasps had set up shop around where the umbrella has stored and what I think was some kind of solar panel, but obviously no one had any control over that. Overall we had an amazing trip and really enjoyed our stay!

The house was spotless. The location was great for heading out to explore the Ozarks. We saw Missouri, Arkansas and Kansas. Missed Oklahoma due to weather. But it was an amazing trip

Tree House short vacation

The house is very nice, quirky and charming. The kids loved the stairs and the screened-in porch and the game room in the two-car garage. The 3-story observation deck was another favorite place. We only had a three night window for our stay, but a week would have been better. We really loved the place as soon as we walked in. It was a delightful experience.

Tranquil House, Gorgeous Views, Family Fun

We absolutely LOVED this place! It was immaculate and stocked with anything we could possibly need for our 5 night stay. We have 19 & 22 year old sons & a 9 1/2 year old daughter so it can be tricky to find a place everyone will enjoy. Even our 2 small dogs loved it here! The game room was a hit and the hot tub was relaxing. We spent most of our time on the second floor playing games (they have some but we brought our own) and enjoying the view from the roof. We took one day trip to White Water and 2 short drives to wade and hike at Rolling Rock State Park and the Hatchery, which was beautiful! The host was incredibly kind and very responsive when we had a couple questions. We’re so grateful for our experience here and would highly recommend it!!!

Stunning

If you are looking for that house that is gorgeous in a great location with stunning views and is loaded with things to do and makes you feel like...'ah yes this is vacation' then look no further, this is your perfect 10! Attention to detail was not spared here. You are tucked in the trees and the peace of it all engulfs you! Once you get to the third floor deck and see those views, it's just truly breathtaking! Top it off with a hot tub, game room, and close proximity to the lake...truly magnificent. Ayka is a very kind and wonderful host, she has gone out of her way to make this home a very special place. Just a warning, you aren't going to want to leave...its just that great. Thank you Ayka for everything, we had a wonderful stay!

Lovely!

We loved our stay in this home! It is beautiful, roomy, and clean. We were traveling for an 80th birthday and this home fit the bill perfectly. The views were stunning. The house was comfy and had everything we needed. Communication with the host was timely and helpful when needed. The only thing I would warn against is traveling with somebody with mobility issues. There are two steps down into the living room and also two into the kitchen from the main floor. This was not a problem for us, but it might be for someone else. I would definitely stay here again! The photos don’t do it justice.

This is a unique building from the outside and inside, a beautiful cabin overlooking our lovely Table Rock lake, there is a direct access to the lake from the property through the woods so you get a 2in 1, swim in a lake after a nice hike
