About this property

King Apartment -2 miles to I-81

Our home is located in the heart of the beautiful Shenandoah Valley . Close to historic towns, Civil War battlefields, wineries and hiking trails. Easy 2 minutes access to Interstate I-81. Our home is approx. 45 minutes from Shenandoah National Park/Skyline Drive entry.
We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our guest stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces before check-in.
*Breakfast items in suite and local treats included**. Large 900 SF apartment above our garage. It is set up with a separate entry, one bedroom with new king size bed, full bath, private water closet, living area offers sectional sofa-sleeps 1 and 2 twin beds ( One is a Select Number), queen size air mattress (please arrange in advance), 54" TV, luxury kitchenette (Refrigerator, microwave/air fryer, 2 burner induction cooktop, sink, coffee pot, French coffee press and blender.) Dining table, 2 desk and desk chair.
Simple continental breakfast (Sample: Our Farm Free Range eggs, oatmeal, juice, and water).

Pets: Case-by-Case. Due to allergies "No Cats". See instructions below.

Great Location

Nicely appointed, very comfortable and exceptionally clean. We would stay here again! The owners are very thoughtful with the details and include items like snacks and a make up mirror that isn't typically included. Great spot and very reasonably priced.

Cozy space

This was a great location to Bryce Resort. It was well stocked with everything that you need in the kitchen. The bath towels were nice and thick. Donna was very helpful with any questions we had.

Very Nice!

This place is well located for visiting attractions in the area. It is located close to Interstate 81 but far enough away to be in a very quiet area. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It has a large yard for walking your dog on a lease because it is on a main road. The road directly across winds along the river and is a nice walk. My wife really liked running in this area since there was little traffic. We loved staying here and will do it again.

Superfantabulous place

Donna and Robert are wonderful hosts and do a great job with this property. Very clean, comfortable and had everything you need. Beautiful views around the property and especially enjoyed all of the birds at the bird feeder outside the bedroom window. We will definitely stay here again or at one of their other properties.

Amazing spot

Loved staying here, super homey feel, and very clean. Very much appreciated the cute, very usable kitchen stocked with eggs and oatmeal, saved my morning! Donna even had a little firewood for us to use in the firepit outside. Donna was amazing at communication and was very attentive to any needs we had.

Fabulous find

This is a fabulous apartment tucked away in the Shenandoah Valley. It is well appointed and tidy, with comfortable furnishings. It's quite spacious too. The hosts were very welcoming and responsive. Would highly recommend.

Clean and welcoming

Was a very pleasant stay! My wife and I enjoyed how clean and spacious it was. They thought of everything you might need, the hospitality was spot on! It wasn’t quite as private as I anticipated, it’s over part of the house as well as the garage and isn’t super sound proofed. But it worked great for our needs I just hope that our little baby didn’t disturb the owners too much. Overall we would come back if we’re in the area again. :)

Pleasant and quiet

Donna and Robert were very kind. The place was comfortable and quiet. We spent our time mostly enjoying the Caverns. The Mill Restaurant was incredible.
